This house is very comfortable for families,for those who have a small child has a playpen,very thoughtful and clean the kitchen has everything and the toilet is spotless and something basic and you will understand it for Mytilene is that we always found to park the car. Mrs. Niki and Mr. Panayiotis are willing to help you with anything you need.

The host was extremely helpful and responsive, walked us through every moment of our stay and provided suggestions when needed with a very kind approach, the apartment was very clean and cozy and we felt right at home aside from the apartment being so close to the city center and shops which made it easier for as to get around. Would recommend a stay here.

Comfortable house, with large spaces in an area a little further out of the center, but with a 10-minute walk you can access everything. The house was spotless and fully equipped, with literally nothing missing that the guest needed. The owner is very friendly, with very good and fast communication. Its disadvantages are not related to the house itself, but to the area. The main issues are the difficult parking, and the lack of a sidewalk on the busy street (but these apply to the majority of the houses of Mytilene).

Such a cute apartment, and great to have a washing machine. The host lives next door so, although you have complete privacy, she is nearby if you need anything. Sappho Square and multiple great eateries are a few minutes' walk away, and the ferry wharf is also within walking distance. I very much appreciated the host allowing me a flexible checkout time, so that I could stay in the apartment until it was time to leave for my overnight ferry to Athens.

We had no trouble communicating with Thalia. She responded to our messages in a timely manner and adequately. We loved the location of the house, the view was great! We were able to get everywhere on foot. There is a grocery store in the back of the house and very reasonably priced. We went to the balcony for coffee at every opportunity, but we couldn't fully enjoy it due to the wind, it was really windy when we were in Lesvos. So the balcony was not very convenient for us, unfortunately. Kitchen utensils were sufficient, all basic things. We discovered Greek coffee thanks to Thalia:) She was a helpful, caring lady as written in the comments. Since it was not summer yet, the house was cold in the evening/night and the air conditioning worked a lot. We also had no problem with the hot water. Some comments mention the issue of noise and smoking. We didn't hear any noise and never smell cigarettes, there was no smell to the apartment we were in. Overall we were satisfied, we had a nice time with our nearly 5-year-old son:) Thank you…

We were really satisfied. It was in a nice place with olive trees quite close to the sea. It was quite clean. Thank you Mr. President and his wife.

The location of the accommodation was very good and ideal for those who want to stay in the city center. Exceptional harbour views. Everything was perfect during our stay and the host very kind and helpful.

Ms. Sezin was tolerant, flexible, friendly and caring. Most details have been considered for comfort. The house is a convenient, cozy house with a 1+1 home status. We only had a little uneasiness in terms of cleanliness and hygiene, but it was solvable. It is a very calm, peaceful place, and it can be preferred if you have a short holiday. Transportation to the beach and grocery stores is quite easy. Air conditioning is perfectly sufficient.

The host was very helpful and friendly about the house and the places to go, and the venue suggestions. The house was exactly as it appeared in the photos. It is also close to most beautiful cafes and restaurants. If we come back to Ayvalık, we would like to stay here again.

Although we had a lot of parking problems for vehicles throughout Ayvalık, it was a great comfort that the house offered us at least 2 parking spaces, the house was the same as in the photos, it was very useful and clean. The host is very interested and responds quickly. It was very sweet of them to give local advice. It was peaceful to have a small garden area in front of the house. I would like to thank Ms. Nazife for her interest.

We stayed in a three-storey Greek house that preserved its historical texture, and it was far beyond our expectations in terms of both aesthetics and comfort. Each floor was furnished with care and pleasure; antique details and modern touches were very balanced. The atmosphere of the house is so peaceful and warm that we really felt at home. We accommodated 8 people and everyone was very comfortable. Everything was perfect in terms of cleaning. I would definitely recommend it to those who are looking for both a pleasant holiday and an aesthetic experience. We really can't wait to come back. Our host was also very kind and elegant to us. The communication was very friendly and helpful; we felt safe and valued. It was a great pleasure to be a guest of such a host in such a house. The neighborhood where the house is located was a bit challenging in terms of car transportation and parking because it preserves its historical texture. However, if you want to stay in such a special and impressive house, it is definitely worth taking this small challenge.

We had a wonderful stay at Nislen and her husband's. They are both incredibly warm and welcoming, lovely hosts and always available. The accommodation is simply sublime: spacious, perfectly decorated, clean, and absolutely nothing was missing. Located just a short walk from the beach and a 5-minute walk to the beautiful center of Cunda, the location is ideal. The energy of the place is beautiful and rejuvenating.
