The place Our house is 12-15 min away by walking to the center of Ayvalik. You can reach the center by taking a pleasant walk through the historical streets of Ayvalik. It is 15 minutes away from Cunda Island and Sarımsaklı beaches by car. There is easier parking place than the center of Ayvalik in our location. Our house has 1 bedroom, 1 double bed and an L armchair that can be opened in the living room. However, it can accommodate up to 4 people. If you stay in this centrally located place, you'll be close to everything as a family.

Lovely 3-story stone Greek house with garden and magnificent sea views. ground floor kitchen . living gr. toilet middle floor 1 single bed 1 double bed, wardrobe, bathroom, toilet upper floor, terrace seating group with magnificent sea view, 1 double bed and armchair. There is a lemon and olive tree in the garden. Cleaning is very important. You can go with your car in front of the house, but you can park on the upper street.

There are old houses on the street, but when you enter the house, you will enter another world. It takes 10 minutes to get to Cunda and Sarımsaklı from the back road. There are 4 parking lots around. Climatized with Qubishi air conditioning. Parking close by car on Thursday is possible in the evening, a market is established.
