It was a wonderful experience for us. Mustafa arranged everything before we arrived. Place is comfortable and fun. Recommended, 10 out of 10.

Onur was extremely informative, helpful, and caring from the beginning to the end of the reservation. Everything in the house was thought out and complete. The location was very easy to get to, clean and tidy. We will be happy to come again.

Mr. Ali was very caring and kind, the house was clean and very nice. The location was very good, close to everywhere in the center. We had most of the things we needed at home. Are you captivated by atmospheric streets with plenty of coffee and tea houses and all kinds of restaurants in your immediate vicinity? Moreover, the sea is a 5-minute walk away and within 15 minutes by minibus to a good swimming beach? Then this is the perfect home. We will definitely come back there.

Although the house is quite central, it is located in a relatively quiet neighborhood. However, due to the narrow streets, a paid car park is a necessity, especially when arriving by car during busy times. The interior of the house was beautifully designed and the house was quite comfortable. In the process, Ms. Ece helped us quickly whenever necessary. It is a house that we will definitely stay in again on our next visits to Ayvalık.

We were very satisfied with Ms. Eda's quick replies and hostess. She didn't know anything about her, but even though it was the morning of the holiday, she took care of the negativity right away. The house had all kinds of kitchens and household items. There was only a luggage and an environment to come. It was a very calm and serene environment due to the fact that it was on the site. We had a lovely dinner and morning breakfast at the porch. It is a relaxing environment for families with children to leave their children alone and relax. It was a house with an unspoiled spirit of 134 years. We didn't encounter anything to disturb like any smell and squeak. It had a high ceiling and a lovely ambiance. I think those who love this type of concept will definitely like it. Ms. Sevgül was a warm and visionary host as far as can be understood from the decor, concept and cleanliness of the house. We are very satisfied, thank you.

Our hosts Evrim and Dila was always responsive, proactive, friendly and helpful. The house was perfect: wonderful view of sea and mountains, quiet and peaceful, within nature. House is big enough for 3 families, with lots of space. The village is so nice to walk. The beach is also cool, very friendly service, great food and a cold but crystal clear sea. We’ve even saw the dolphins. Internet is a bit slow, but mobile coverage is good enough, and you rally should avoid internet :) Interiors are lovely and tasty. Great big kitchen to cook. We didn’t need to eat outside. Just go to bazaar in Ayvqcık or Kucukkuyu, buy some fresh and juicy fruit, vegetables, even meat, and cook foryourself. In summary, we really loved the house, surrounding environment, and our hosts. I recommend to anyone who is looking for a quiet, romantic and natural getaway.

Beautiful place, stunning views, lovely host. Highly recommend if you just want to relax by the pool, enjoy the beautiful view and visit nearby Assos. The place is very well equipped and very tastefully decorated. Kids loved the little cats and pool. Only minor negative is the nearby mosque that goes off at 6am and some construction noise while we were there Sep 2024. Thanks so much for a lovely stay!

Mr. Ismail's communication was very good. The little surprises he made for the children and the local products he presented were very fun and enjoyable. The location is really nice, it's a great place if you plan a quiet and uncrowded holiday. Especially the walks you will take into the village offer a different panorama of Edremit bay. Especially in hot weather, a refreshing breeze relaxes you at any time of the day compared to the low and non-windy coastal area. We returned home with wonderful feelings and pleasant moments from this holiday we went as a family, and I plan to go again. A

Ms. Aslihan, from the booking process to the check-out, we were grateful for her due to her interest, kindness and solution focus. Everything in the house is complete and immaculately clean made us feel at home. It must have been 100% satisfaction. The site where the house is located is very peaceful, calm and well maintained. Everyone who lives on the site is extremely warm and cozy, so there is a very decent environment where you can have a neighboring relationship that is longing for you. The pool is not looking for the sea because the pool is made of sea water, and the pool is quite big and there are enough neighborhoods and seasons around it. The area of the house does not disturb the heat even in the heat of the summer. There's everything a family needs in the house. Thank you for everything, Ms. Aslihan.

Ms. Nazli's house was very peaceful and in touch with nature. Ms. Nazli was extremely helpful & accessible. It was very nice to watch the stars and get into the pool, especially at night. I think it is a place where families with babies can stay with peace of mind.

First of all, thank you to the hosts for their hospitality, we had a very pleasant holiday. We had a 3-day stay for 4 people as a family. The place we stayed is located on the lower side of a 2-story stone house and the hosts live on the top. The place we stayed is exactly as it appears in the photos. The garden and pool were very well-maintained, both were fully available for guests. The kitchen utensils were enough for us. The linens and pillow cases were very clean, we didn't even use what we brought. The house is about 15-20 minutes drive to Ayvalık and 5 minutes to Gömeç. Ideal if you want to relax very quietly. Other than these, you need to bring extra drinking water when you come to the house, because the tap water is calcareous, so we couldn't use it for tea and coffee. It can be an ideal holiday for a double holiday or for families with children. We would like to thank the hosts Ms. Emel and Mr. Ertan, who responded quickly to all our requests and questions

Our dear host, who was in constant contact with us from the beginning to the end of the reservation, did everything in his power to make our stay comfortable. The house was extremely comfortable and convenient. The pool was spotless and the surroundings were incredibly peaceful. In terms of transportation, we could easily access everywhere. This holiday was a family holiday, but we are already planning to come again with my wife. I recommend it to everyone.

I stayed for one night with my two friends, we didn't have any expectations because we just came to sleep, but you can come and stay for a few days.

The cleanliness of the house was very good, it provided facilities for our animal friends, Mr. Volkan's attention, he answered all our questions instantly, the peace of the site, the beauty of the neighborhood, there are many beautiful things to tell, we thank him very much 🙏

First of all, thank you very much for the attention of Ms. Bilge. She took care of the house from check-in to checkout by phone and writing. The house is very close to the center of Ayvalik by car. Mr. Ishak also gave a very kind welcome. The house was good at cleaning. We stayed 5 people very comfortably. If I'm on my way again, I'll just go to this house without looking for another place.

The house is old but big and the cleanest! The 3 bedrooms (with big beds) are upstairs so the is a separate floor downstairs not to disturb those who want to sleep. The house had all the necessary things we needed. The location was perfect to walk easily and Ulkay helped us with parking too. Ulkay answered to all our questions directly in a minute.
