You can relax as a family at this peaceful place to stay. It is centrally located and very close to any places you want to go. Cunda Island is 10 minutes away and Devil's Table is 15 minutes away. Also, the symbol of the moon is comfortably walking distance to the coast in the narrow alleyways. Our residence with a garden has 2 bedrooms. There is a bed for 2 people. There is 1 bathroom and an American kitchen hall. The 5th maximum person can comfortably stay in the sofa for 2 people in the living room. Have a😊 GOOD HOLIDAY 😊

A bohemian two-story house on a parallel alleyway to Horse Cars Square,very calm, 100 m from Palabahçe, walking distance to all the organic products located in the bakery,butcher and bazaar. There are old houses on the street, but when you enter the house, you will enter another world. It takes 10 minutes to get to Cunda and Sarımsaklı from the back road. There are 4 parking lots around. Climatized with Qubishi air conditioning. Parking close by car on Thursday is possible in the evening, a market is established.

Our room had an amazing texture above all. When we walked in, we were overly impressed with this situation for the first time. It's admirable that the spirit of the house is preserved. We had no trouble with hygiene. There's nothing to be said about our host's hospitality or interest. We went to prepare ourselves due to the comments we read about the soundproofing, but we did not encounter any problems. It was a stay that would be among our pleasant stays. Thank you.

Mr. Emin was a very caring host and responded very quickly to our problems and offered pleasant suggestions before and after check-in. We felt very safe because it was a family atmosphere and it was also very clean. The house was 10-15 minutes away from the center as mentioned. There were tools in the house with all the equipment. We were very satisfied and would like to choose this house again if we come back. I definitely recommend it.

It's very close to the parking lot, nice restaurants, and the museum. It has a terrace and is a perfect place to have breakfast or to relax after a day of sightseeing. The room is clean and the decoration is very well chosen. We regretted staying only one day during our journey. I wish we had stayed less elsewhere and more here :)

This restored old Greek house in Ayvalık enchanted us with both its spirit and comfort. Especially its courtyard and pleasant balcony offered great spaces for our morning coffees and evening chats. The historical texture of the house was carefully preserved, and the interior decoration was simple and tasteful. Cleanliness, comfort and every detail that could be needed were complete. Its location is also very central, ideal for those who want to feel the spirit of Ayvalık. Our host was also very interested, they helped with everything. I recommend it with peace of mind — if we come again, we'd like to stay here again.
