The garden floor of the triplex villa is completely independent from the upper floors and has a separate entrance. The villa is located in the İntaland Sevgi Village site. There is a shuttle service from the site entrance to the seaside every day between 8:00 am and 7:00 pm. It is 500 meters from the sea, 30 meters from the market and 50 meters from the communal pool. A holiday home where you will enjoy the beauty of Ayvalık and Edremit Bay, with its indispensable nature, the depth of its ancient history, and the recent history of the population exchange :)

Our house is in Küçüköy, the Art Village of Ayvalık📍 It is within driving distance to all the local attractions and beaches of Ayvalık. Our house has two floors. On the ground floor, there is a living room, kitchen and a sink. Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms and master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. Our garden has a table, chairs and a barbecue set. There is also an Olympic pool belonging to our site. You can have a pleasant time in the garden of our house and have a barbecue if you wish.
