Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Alibey Island

It was a wonderful experience for us. Mustafa arranged everything before we arrived. Place is comfortable and fun. Recommended, 10 out of 10.

We came as 4 people and we were all very satisfied. The house is in the very center of Ayvalık. You can easily walk everywhere. The kitchenware was also spotless. We were also very pleased with the advice given by the host. He answered all our questions in a very short time. I recommend it to anyone who wants to relax in Ayvalık by staying in an old Greek house/building with a different texture.

Mr. Can and his mother, Ms. Ayşe, are extremely kind and hospitable. It was very clear that every detail of the house was thoughtfully and prepared. Everything was provided in the kitchen and bathroom. We loved that the location of the house was close to everything. It was very enjoyable to spend time in his garden. We would also like to thank her mother for the treats of Ms. Ayşe. If we go to Balıkesir again, we will definitely choose you again. 😊

We stayed in a three-storey Greek house that preserved its historical texture, and it was far beyond our expectations in terms of both aesthetics and comfort. Each floor was furnished with care and pleasure; antique details and modern touches were very balanced. The atmosphere of the house is so peaceful and warm that we really felt at home. We accommodated 8 people and everyone was very comfortable. Everything was perfect in terms of cleaning. I would definitely recommend it to those who are looking for both a pleasant holiday and an aesthetic experience. We really can't wait to come back. Our host was also very kind and elegant to us. The communication was very friendly and helpful; we felt safe and valued. It was a great pleasure to be a guest of such a host in such a house. The neighborhood where the house is located was a bit challenging in terms of car transportation and parking because it preserves its historical texture. However, if you want to stay in such a special and impressive house, it is definitely worth taking this small challenge.

It was a house with an unspoiled spirit of 134 years. We didn't encounter anything to disturb like any smell and squeak. It had a high ceiling and a lovely ambiance. I think those who love this type of concept will definitely like it. Ms. Sevgül was a warm and visionary host as far as can be understood from the decor, concept and cleanliness of the house. We are very satisfied, thank you.

This house is very comfortable for families,for those who have a small child has a playpen,very thoughtful and clean the kitchen has everything and the toilet is spotless and something basic and you will understand it for Mytilene is that we always found to park the car. Mrs. Niki and Mr. Panayiotis are willing to help you with anything you need.

Despina is wonderful host and warm people. She is very friendly and helpful to us. She helped us to find a car to rent which is very difficult in Mitilini. She is a wonderful person and I recommend everyone to go Mitilini stay there. The house is also very nice and cleans. It has a wonderful view and it is easy to access, very close to city center. Before we arrive, the house is cleaned and organized. To finalize, Despina is wonderful person and the house is also very nice.

First of all, I would like to thank Mr. Mirlav, who presented this beautiful house during our Ayvalık holiday, which we went on as five girls, and always responded to our questions very quickly, offered local advice and was friendly. You can find everything you need at home, even the old ones, we had a very pleasant time on the swing on the back balcony, accompanied by long conversations, we loved the kitchen. Its location was also very close to the center, and since the neighborhood was different from the rest of Ayvalık, even though my friends were a little nervous at night, I never felt that way, it was just a little touristy, but the apartment was in a living area. Our stay was perfect, very beautiful villa in the city center of Mitilini, the host was very responsive to the slightest of our requests. Everything was clean, and as described. The environment could be a little noisy but it's the game being in the city center.

In a very nice location of Lesvos, there are the tasteful houses "Meltemi ". Theone we hosted, the space is super clean, comfortable, and functional! The owners and staff are extra polite and helpful! The breakfast basket includes a variety of local delicacies and beyond! We'll be back at the first opportunity!!

We would have had a nice holiday as a family. All the needs in the house were considered. Everything was clean. The host, Ms. Ayşegül, is a caring and helpful person. It was an experience I could consider staying again for this area and would recommend to anyone.

Everyone who lives on the site is extremely warm and cozy, so there is a very decent environment where you can have a neighboring relationship that is longing for you. The pool is not looking for the sea because the pool is made of sea water, and the pool is quite big and there are enough neighborhoods and seasons around it.
