What I need to mention in the first place is that the location was marked incorrectly. I noticed that the last two days away. When I talked to Ms. Filiz, I was not satisfied with the reasons she offered. If I was without a car it would definitely be a reservation that should have been cancelled. Because Ms. Filiz marked the real estate office as a location. The second important part was that the host (Ms. Veliye) was staying in the house we stayed in (although it was a separate entrance, bathroom toilet). It was also a bad surprise to have learned this when entering the house. According to Ms. Filiz, this is an insignificant detail. Because he just came to bed at night quietly and told us that there would be no use to disturb us. It really happened. However, this had to be stated in the advertisement. When it comes to the house; I can say that the house is the last house on the top side of Küçükköy. Beautiful facilities. A quiet house where you can spend a spacious evening with a breeze. The series "Three sisters" was filmed here. We found out when we got there. Ms. Veliye is a good host. Thank you. (Up to 8 people stay.)

A very nice house in the middle of the old town of Ayvalik. Everything is within walking distance within a very short time. It's very quiet - except for the morning wake up call through the muezzin. Since it is in the middle of the tangled old town streets, it is a little difficult to find the first time. But Sinem guides you reliably and personally from time to time. It has a private courtyard and is very well equipped.

There were three of us staying with Berna Abla and Süer Abi for a week. Both are very warm and hospitable. We felt very comfortable from the first seconds. The area is a bit quieter and more familiar, which was just right for us. The beach is a 5-minute walk away, the water is very clean and perfect for cooling off. In the immediate vicinity you can find cafes, restaurants, a kiosk and a small supermarket. From the main road, a bus runs every half hour to the center of town. A day trip to the center of Ayvalik, to Sarmisakli on the beach, to Cunda Island or to another of the great adjacent places is easy to reach. After the hustle and bustle of the city, we were always happy to arrive at our quiet accommodation. The weather was very pleasant and there was always a bit of wind, which is why we got along very well without air conditioning. We felt very comfortable and would come back again and again. <3

I fell in love with Ayvalik, it is not much known to foreign tourists so it was a bonus:). Beautiful architecture in every corner. House was in perfect location minutes from the beach (I swam every day). Ayvalik can get windy and it was our lack that whole week was windly so that put off children swimming in the sea close to house but we drove to sarimsakli beach which sandy and super nice. You can even pay and go to local hotels pools (Elisa was 5min away from the house-and we did swim there). House was also 5min drive away from Cunda island which is rather crowdy but worth the visit especially the museum and the chapel. I can say this was the cleanest air bnb stayed, proper Turkish house cleanness:) Owners are really nice pleasant people (Former teacher). They come every day to water the garden so I am sure if we had any issue they would have helped. We felt really safe in the area, my daughter would walk to beach on her own to collect stones and come home.

Ms. Elif was very kind and caring. Everything in the house was so thoughtfully put together and quite clean. The area was very calm compared to the center of Ayvalik, but it was also suitable for finding beautiful places and taking long walks. I recommend it.

The best place to stay for rest and relaxation. Beautiful and quaint. Had all of what we needed. The hosts were very informative and welcoming and helped us find the place. Very, very nice.

We were very well accommodated. We were never disturbed. We had our vacation as if we were in our own home. Everything was very nice.

A simple house but with everything you need. The location is incredible.
