It is a place that meets your expectations with its great location , quiet and peaceful surroundings in Yeni Foça. It's a great advantage that it's close to the beach , the grocery store and the bakery. We would like to thank Mr. Kaan and his family , especially Ms. Hüsniye for their hospitality.

We had a very pleasant stay. The beautiful beach is right in front of the house, which was a real highlight for us. The accommodation itself is quite small but nicely furnished and very clean. We had to get used to the limited storage space, especially in the bathroom, and had to figure out where to put our things. The kitchen equipment was okay, but the stovetop was quite weak and didn’t get hot enough for proper frying. However, the washing machine and dishwasher were a great plus. The check-in process with the key box was super easy and went very smoothly. Ilke was extremely helpful and always responded very quickly to any questions we had, providing us with great tips for the area. Parking spaces were available nearby, which was convenient. Apart from occasional noise from military helicopters and shooting practice at the nearby military area, it was otherwise very quiet and peaceful. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and would highly recommend this accommodation to others.

We enjoyed our stay with family. In particular, the location on the first floor with terrace and surrounding residential complex was great with a toddler. Everything important within walking distance, beach promenade, supermarket, cafes, peninsula... The apartment is nicely decorated. The host is very kind. We will be happy to come back.

The location of the house was within driving distance to the Dikili center. If you just want to go to the sea and have a quiet and peaceful holiday, it is in a convenient location. A very clean 3-story house in the compound. There is all the necessary stuff for cooking at home. Every room comes with air conditioning. The garden is beautiful, but if you want to sit in the open area, there are only plastic tables and chairs in a small area. Apart from that, there is an area like a winter garden, there are mosquito nets everywhere and you can sit comfortably without being exposed to flies. The compound has its own beach and sun loungers. There is also a shower and dressing cabin. When he went on vacation, he also said where to swim in the sea and give money to the beach. We drove to the sea and had a small child. But those who like to walk can walk. It is 2-3 km away from the mini markets. The sea is beautiful, the environment is beautiful. If we go again, we'll stay in the same place again.

If you want to feel at home, you can choose it without thinking. Both immaculately raw, tidy, and have everything you may need at home. If you have the slightest problem, Ms. Gizem immediately comes up with a solution. She also refunded us because there was a problem with our shower and we were trying to help. A host I would prefer without thinking if I stay upright again. Have plenty of guest 🙂🙃

We, a family with two toddlers, rented this apartment for the second time. The apartment is in a very central location. Karsiyaka, Bostanli, the promenade, everything you need and want is within walking distance. Nevertheless, the apartment is in a quiet, pleasant residential area. The apartment is very cozy and clean, offers everything you need. Oya and Emir are very friendly hosts and are looking after their guests very well. They proactively inform about any circumstances and are available at any time. We will be happy to come back.

First of all, Ms. Fatma is a really nice host. Very friendly, tolerant, friendly, polite lady. She asked if I need anything at every turn She was very helpful. She even offered me pancakes one morning. I was very well accommodated. The house was literally spotless. It was spotless from towels to bed, wardrobe to kitchen utensils. I had no issues with check-ins and outs. Thanks to Ms. Fatma, she was flexible. Kitchen utensils are quite sufficient. Extremely quiet, calm and peaceful neighborhood. A few minutes walk to the sea. The sea is very nice. It has a spacious and immaculate feel. A few minutes by car from the center of Foça. The grocery store is also a 5-10 minute walk away. It was a great and hassle free stay for me.

Ms. Sezin was tolerant, flexible, friendly and caring. Most details have been considered for comfort. The house is a convenient, cozy house with a 1+1 home status. We only had a little uneasiness in terms of cleanliness and hygiene, but it was solvable. It is a very calm, peaceful place, and it can be preferred if you have a short holiday. Transportation to the beach and grocery stores is quite easy. Air conditioning is perfectly sufficient.

There was everything that should be in a house, from Tras foam to the ironing board. Cleaning and hygiene rules were followed. The area was safe and there was no parking problem. we stayed with my fiancée for two nights, thank you very much Mr. Bahri and his mother, everything was as described and pictured, we were greeted with a very warm and friendly face, all the rooms were clean, the location was close to everywhere, the house is available in the hour, it was a very nice behavior. Place was great, owners answered every question i had in maximum 10 mins. Place is clean, lightning is great, has a great balcony. Location was great. (restourants, coctail places, coffee shops etc.)
