It is clean, spacious, has a beautiful view and you can see the sea from where you sit. It also offers a very pleasant environment with its veranda and green garden. The house was quite tidy, we had no problems. Everything you might need has been considered. We did not encounter any deficiencies, but I was sure that Ms. Gülşah would help immediately if there were any. It's also in a very nice location. We entered the sea from the pier right in front of us, and we could easily reach many beaches by car. There are pleasant places where you can spend time around with a short car ride. The information Ms. Gülşah shared about the region helped us a lot in this regard. It was also very easy to reach Old Foça or New Foça. I would definitely recommend it.

The host was very caring and hospitable, and since he was interested in art, some of the details in the house were quite nice. The house was comfortable, we had all the items we needed. It was a pleasant place to stay in general. However, we had a minor problem: there were occasional water outages. At first, we thought there was a general outage in the neighborhood because the neighbors also had no water. The location of the house was beautiful. Mr. Bora and his family welcomed us very warmly. Unfortunately, due to our stay at the end of the season, many restaurants around were closed or limited service. The opportunity to swim in the sea from right across the house was very nice. The sea is like a sheet in the morning, but it's usually choppy and mossy in the afternoon. The hiking trail was quite enjoyable. The neighborhood and the location of the house are very convenient for families with children. It was a little uncomfortable most of the time at night due to the dog barking, but I think we had a temporary situation. But overall we were satisfied.

You can choose Sedat Bey's house with peace of mind. As seen in the clean photos, there are mosquito nets on the windows, we have not seen anything like insect flies, etc. The pool is enjoyable. There are 4-5 beaches where you can swim in the sea within 5 minutes as soon as you leave the house. Akvaryum bay was great. Muharrem brother, who took care of the maintenance of the house, took care of us about our shortcomings.

We booked this beautiful accommodation for 4 nights. The hostess was very nice and we were even able to check in earlier. It felt right at home. The accommodation is in a quiet area where you can easily unwind. Thanks again to the wonderful hostess. She was very warm and welcomed us very warmly and also said goodbye. Our children and we have taken them to heart. We will definitely be back!!

The sea is very nice. It has a spacious and immaculate feel. A few minutes by car from the center of Foça. The grocery store is also a 5-10 minute walk away. It was a great and hassle free stay for me.

The owner is so easy to work with and whenever i needed something, he was quick to respond and eager to solve any problem that i had throughout my stay.
