Our house, which was renovated in 2021, is located 250 meters from the sea. You can have a pleasant time in summer and winter with the barbecue in our winter garden. The bright winter garden with a window on the ceiling is available to sit at any time of the day. All kinds of needs can be met from the village, which is a 10-minute walk away. The house was completely renovated in 2021. It is located 250 meters from the beach. One can enjoy the barbecue in the glass-covered sun room in the front of the house.

Şairhane houses offer a peaceful living space in the orchard where you can do yoga, read books and carry out your artistic activities. Kozbeyli village is a 600-year-old Ottoman village. Our village is 2 kilometers from the sea. Yeni Foça is 8 km away. Old Foça is 16 km away. Foça bays are magnificent. Fula Mountain cycling and hiking trail passes through the village.
