Foça Handan Lale House

Our house is a newly restored original stone building in the center of Foça, close to everything. It is the house where I was born. There is a large hall at the entrance and 2 bedrooms with sea view on the upper floor, kitchen and bathroom with toilet. All materials used consist of first class wood and stones. All electronic equipment and central system are air-conditioned and each room has a separate appliance. There is a well-efficient air-conditioning system for heating and cooling. Hot water is available continuously with an electric water heater.

Our house, which was renovated in 2021, is located 250 meters from the sea. You can have a pleasant time in summer and winter with the barbecue in our winter garden. Yeni Foça is a great place to relax your soul for few days. Water is extremely clean and is a great opportunity to do some stuff such as wind surfing. The Apart Otel is new and a really great place to spend some days. From the Hotel to the beach you need just 3 min walk. Around a corner is a Migros Supermarktet and some small vegetable markets. So with the integrated kitchen in the rooms, you have the opportunity to cook for yourself or keep your beverages cold in the fridge. And at the night it is pretty quite, so no noises from the live music bars at the beach. The personell at the Apart Otel is extremely friendly, flexible and welcoming. They manage to change our room to the 2nd floor so we could enjoy the good view at the balcony. Also we checked in earlier than 3pm without any problems If I come back to Foça, I will definitely come back to the Hotel again! Side note: The personell do not speak much English, but they can perfectly handle translate programms. :)

Everything was as pictured, everything you might need is thoughtful, clean and organized. It offers a place to stay that you will never get bored with its magnificent view. There is no air conditioning but no need, there is a constant breeze, you are not overwhelmed by the heat. The water of the Aquarium bay close to home is very clear, there are great bays and beaches to swim in the sea around. The host, Fatih, is especially important, very attentive to his guests, very energetic and friendly. Ready to be very helpful with anything, and you'll never regret their advice about local venues and flavors. You can feel that you care about enjoying your vacation. We would like to thank Fatih abiye for making us feel at home and we are very grateful for the amazing hosting. If we want to have a holiday in this area again, it's the only address we'll be staying

We had such a pleasant stay at Omur’s place. He was so thoughtful and considerate. On the way to Dikili our car had broken down and he suggested his help very generously . His house was impeccable and very well thought of. Overall, I would strongly recommend his place if you are looking for a quite place to stay. Mr. Reşat's house was more beautiful than it appeared. We couldn't get enough of sitting in his garden. Not only that, he was a complete gentleman of Izmir and helped us in every way. It was an accommodation we would like to come back to😊
