I loved the place , Billy was so nice , he let me check in early because my flight landed early . The house was clean , the beds are comfortable, and the neighborhood is quiet . And the house close to French quarter

Not only was this Airbnb one of the most gorgeous and thoughtfully curated that I’ve ever stayed in, but Miranda truly went above and beyond to make us feel at home! Upon arrival, she met us at the property to greet us and had candles lit, lamps on and music was softly playing in the kitchen where chocolates awaited alongside a list of “local favorites.” The space was clean and so well decorated, it felt more like a retreat. Miranda also was sure to check in to make she we had everything we needed! Every detail felt intentional and beautiful. The location was also perfect and we were able to walk to some delicious restaurants and shops. I could sing my praises forever!

Stephen’s place was extremely nice and felt like a home away from home. The host and his wife were super responsive and offered a wide range of amenities. They were super friendly and accommodating, they even helped provide suggestions for activities to do when we were running short of ideas.

It was wonderful staying at this air bnb. There is a shared porch and backyard with the other tenants in the other unit. They were all super nice and had great conversations when we saw them!

My brothers and I were in town for our cousin graduating from med school. I contacted Jared to see if we could arrange for a later check out due to the celebration festivities and with a quick response he said yes it’s not a problem. Everything was just as described and like the photos. I will stay here again in the future for sure. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality.

Everything was exactly as described. Alleshia was very responsive to all inquires. We ended up being there during terrific downpours, so we spent cozy hours indoors. The neighborhood is interesting and some of the properties are undergoing a face lift.

The house was extremely comfortable and a short uber to all tourist attractions.

Great Air Bnb. It was my first time in New Orleans and being located in Uptown was perfect. The home is exactly like the pictures, whenever I visit again I would definitely love to stay here again.

An Amazingly Charming Stay in the Heart of New Orleans! This home perfectly captures the spirit of New Orleans. The exterior has that classic, historic charm I dream about when I think of the city, and the interior beautifully balances vintage character with modern comforts—those beds were incredibly comfortable! The original hardwood floors and thoughtful furnishings made it feel both cozy and stylish. Just a heads-up: this is a true New Orleans shotgun house, so the rooms flow one into the next with no hallways. It’s also a duplex with shared walls, so sound can carry—something to be aware of if you’re a light sleeper. That said, the charm and location more than made up for it. We felt completely safe walking to and from the French Quarter (just a 15-minute walk), even late at night. The hosts were responsive, kind, and made everything easy. I would absolutely stay here again—highly recommend!

This space is private and the atmosphere is beautiful. It’s a classic shotgun with charm and plenty of space for two people! It was an excellent reprieve from the party lifestyle of the city, abs the neighborhood is super walkable—lots of cafes, great food, and beautiful shady streets.

Steven's place was perfect for our trip! We had two days in New Orleans and the location was ideal. 25-30 minute walk to the French Quarter or 2 minute walk to the nearest streetcar station which can also take you up through the Garden District and Magazine Street. Nearby shops and restaurants are also great! The place was clean and has everything you need for your stay. Check in/check out is super easy and secure and Steven is an incredibly responsive and helpful host. Highly recommend!

David’s place was clean and comfortable. Everything seemed brand new. Easy access to the building and the unit. Everyone was friendly. David checked in on our stay a couple times to confirm we had everything we needed. Much appreciated. Location was great. Close to restaurants, museums and the trolly (fun to ride to all the sights!) I recently stayed at Erin’s 's apartment and had a fantastic experience. The place was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and attractions within few min of driving distance. Erin’s was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the process. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable, and stylish stay. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Everything met our needs. The location was advertised as 10 minute drive to French Quarter. It’s 1.4 miles. Which is much closer that I imagined. Quiet area after a long night in the Quarter.

It was a quiet little place which suited our needs for a short stay. Never saw or spoke to Ernestina but her husband was there and friendly-even gave us two cucumbers from his garden. We had our 4 year old grandson come over a couple of times and they let us play in the yard without seeming to mind. We tried to be good guests. Thank you.

Highly recommend for any trip to NOLA. Walkable to the French Quarter and quiet at night. Very clean inside, beautiful decorations, nice appliances, and comfy beds. Would stay again!

Comfortable, clean, and surprisingly peaceful spot. Close to Frenchman street too! We were very comfortable and appreciated that the hosts provided early check in. No complaints.

Michael was a great host, responded to small matters that came up promptly and was flexible with our flight schedules and provided lots of recommendations and had clear instructions and access to property was flawless. We stayed for 10 days and the space became our home. Perfect spot for a small family or two couples. Nice backyard patio space, kitchen amenities for cooking, etc. Grocery store a few blocks away. Just off start of Frenchmen, so close to local jazz and just a short walk to the Quarter. We bussed and took trolleys quite a bit also to venture out with stops just blocks or so from front door. Michael communicated well and we look forward to our next trip, hopefully Michael’s space will be available, would definitely stay again. The neighborhood area is laid back and we never felt unsafe, but it’s New Orleans, and you gotta step outside your comfort zone to truly enjoy the local vibe and this spot gave us that opportunity.

A perfectly appointed, spotless, HUGE apartment located steps away from the French Quarter. Safe and secure. Street noise at night so if you need perfectly quiet to sleep, that could be an issue but with earplugs, it was okay for us! Would stay and reccomend to anyone.
