The house is close to Smedstugan, our second house we rent out here on Airbnb. Fishing included. Salmon stocked. One fish is included in the rent, then SEK 100/salmon. Rowboat included. The kitchen has a folding section, which can be pulled completely to the side, large opening out to the balcony. Floor 1 - kitchen, TV room, bathroom. Stay close to Lake Alstern with a fantastic view of the water and the pine forest! The apartment is secluded and connected to the owner's house. It is a small, fully equipped accommodation of 35 m2. On the lower level, there is a bedroom with a double bed and space for a cot, a kitchen with a dining area, a living room with a sofa and a TV, and a bathroom with a shower, a washing machine and a changing area. Sleeping loft with a bed and sleeping mattress. Large terrace. Plenty of space to park the car. A boat with an electric motor and a fishing licence are included.

My wife Lollo and I welcome you to our newly renovated cottage from 1870 located in a well-preserved and beautiful turn-of-the-century environment. Here you can relax and enjoy - quiet location. You will have access to our private home park with barbecue facilities and swing. Nice forest to hike or bike in. The cottage has a brand new kitchen and bathroom. Wi-Fi is available. On the property, there is also an 18th-century house you can peek into. It is 12 minutes to Nybro and 8 minutes to Orrefors with Orranäs glassworks and swimming lake.

Welcome to Torestorps Drängstuga - an ancient house in the heart of Småland! Here, real fairy tales, heroes, love, hard work and celebration live in the walls. The house is about 100 m2 in two levels and is located a stone's throw from a larger farm building in the middle of the countryside in the Småland forests. You can get to Kalmar and Öland in 30-60 minutes and to Nybro to shop in ten. There are duvets, a wood-burning stove, a sauna in the woods and the cat Doris will be happy to stay with you if you want company.
