Unser Aufenthalt im Haus des Großvaters war megaschön! Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist modern eingerichtet und super ausgestattet mit viel Liebe zum Detail, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Kommunikation verlief schnell und reibungslos. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit! Auch dass es einen Pool gab war super, vor allem für die Kids.

Beautiful view of the coast. Great outdoor space. Large patio with chairs to relax. Please be advised the property is at the end of a 2 km dirt road that can be a little more rough than I would have liked so maybe plan your car accordingly. Otherwise a great place to stay very well worth the price and would very highly recommend.

Das Häuschen war für uns ein Traum! Man ist direkt am Strand und hat völlig seine Ruhe. Das Haus ist mit sehr viel Geschmack eingerichtet, so dass wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Im Ort gibt es nicht so viele Restaurants, so dass man entweder etwas fahren muss oder selbst kochen. Wir würden auf alle Fälle wiederkommen!

Nous avons séjourné 15 jours dans une villa, ou tout est prévu pour passer de bonnes vacances. Logement très bien équipé. Beaucoup d'ustensiles dans la cuisine. Une très grande terrasse Dans un environnement à la campagne, avec des arbres fruitiers dans le jardin, nous avons pu en profiter A 10 minutes des magasins, plages et restaurants Nous remercions les propriétaires et carlo qui a toujours étaient là pour répondre à toutes nos questions pratiques et touristiques. Logement que nous recommandons fortement +++

Wir waren als Familie in Ugos Unterkunft. Die Lage nah an den Klippen bietet tolle Aussichten. Das relativ kleine Haus war sehr sauber. Ein Auto sollte unbedingt dabei sein, unmittelbare Ortschaften mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder Restaurants erreicht man sonst nicht. Für Ausflüge in den Norden oder Nordwesten ist die Lage optimal.

Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen und hat einige Restaurants in der Nähe, welche gut zu Fuß zu erreichen sind. Die zwei Balkone sind ein echtes Highlight und auch sonst haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Chiara hatte viele tolle Tipps für die Umgebung und war immer gut zu erreichen. Wir würden immer gerne wiederkommen :)

Wunderschöne Lage auf den Hügeln hinter der Costa rossa. Unser Sohn liebte das spielen im Garten, bei Sonnenuntergang auf der schattigen Terasse war das Abendessen ein Genuss. Vogelgezwitscher, sonst kaum Geräusche. Tolle Strände in naher Umgebung. Martina war sehr gastfreundlich. Mit google translator ging auch die Übersetzung auf Deutsch. Wir können die Unterkunft herzlich empfehlen.

We had a wonderful 5-day stay at Stephanie’s villa. The place had everything we needed – a lovely pool, a barbecue area, and a fully equipped kitchen. At first, we were a bit worried about not being close to the beach, but just a 10-minute walk from the villa there's a stunning viewpoint on a cliff where you can watch the sun set into the sea – absolutely magical! The pool water was still a bit chilly during our stay, so we didn’t use it much, but that didn’t bother us. One thing to note: guests are expected to take all their trash with them when they leave. It wasn’t an issue for us, just something to be aware of if you haven’t encountered that before. Overall, a great experience!

Appartement ideal pour un couple, confortable et propre Vue superbe. Proximite des plages, emplacement parfait. Rugero est très disponible si besoin. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Saras Villa ist ein großartiger Ort, um mit der Familie oder Freundin eine gute Zeit zu verbringen. Das Grundstück und unglaublich groß, genauso wie der Pool. Im Inneren der Villa gibt es sehr viel Platz, sodass es ausreichend Rückzugsmöglichkeiten gibt. Die Villa hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen und wir kommen sicherlich gerne wieder. Was nicht zuletzt auch an Sara liegt, die eine tolle Gastgeberin ist.

Wir haben 10 Nächte Anfang Oktober in Micheles Villa verbracht. Das Anwesen ist wirklich fantastisch. Das Haus ist in zwei Etagen unterteilt. Erdgeschoss: große Wohnküche mit Esstisch für 8 Personen + Sofabereich. Vordergarten mit überdachtem Tisch für 8 Personen + Couch-Landschaft. Daran grenzt eine große Rasenfläche an. Außerdem gibt es im Erdgeschoss ein Gäste-WC mit Waschmaschine/Trockner sowie zwei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad (1x Dusche, 1x riesige Badewanne). 1. Stock: zwei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad + kleine Küchenzeile. Der 1. Stock ist über einen separaten Eingang nur über draußen erreichbar. Im Hintergarten befindet sich ein großer Pool sowie der Grillbereich mit nochmals einem Tisch. Der Hintergarten kann von vorne aber auch über die Schlafzimmertüren im Erdgeschoss erreicht werden. Haus ist sehr sauber, alles da was man braucht. Michele super erreichbar. Einziger Nachteil: in Nebensaison recht wenige Restaurants offen und bei uns viele Mücken.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in Castelsardo und genossen die wunderbare Aussicht von Bett und Balkon. Die Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet mit Zwieback, Marmelade, Tee, Gewürzen, Kaffee etc. Auf Fragen erhielten wir immer ein schnelle und freundliche Antwort. Für den privaten Parkplatz ist ein Auto kleinerer Größenklasse angebracht, wir haben es aber sogar mit einem SUV hinbekommen. 😁 Empfehlung: Unbedingt die nette Enoteca nebenan besuchen!

M&G are great hosts. We had a lovely time at the apartment in Capo Falcone. We really felt at home, the covered area and the garden meant we permanently lived outdoors only coming back inside to shower/sleep. There are some great walks , recommend the one to the Torre Falcone (although you need to be fit to go the direct route) and the views to La Pelosa and the islands behind from the apartment and close by are breathtaking. We miss the simplicity of Stintino and Sardinia and we are already planning another 3 weeks in 2026. Thank you for being lovely hosts. Bar close by has snacks and simple meals of high quality at reasonable prices (music and views are great). Shopping in Stintino a 10 min drive away.

We stayed at this house for a weekend with a group of six friends and the experience was excellent. The accommodation is spacious, comfortable, and was spotlessly clean when we arrived. The beds were very comfortable and the layout allowed us to enjoy time together as a group while still having privacy when needed. The host was very attentive and responded quickly to all our questions, which made our stay much easier. We would definitely recommend this place to groups looking for comfort and a great stay.

Sono gentilissimi e disponibili, la casa è molto comoda, il terreno intorno rilassante e le colazioni deliziose! Siamo stati veramente benissimo e torneremo per esplorare ancora di più.

The place was as advertised. The location in old town was perfect for exploring Alghero and ending the night with our daughter asleep and us having wine on the roof terrace enjoying the bell towers views. For a baby the place is fine. However, please keep in mind it is up a long flight of stairs and their is no gate at the top and the railing is fairly wide. Our daughter did fine. We just had to be more vigilant, but for us it was worth it as you spend more time outside exploring anyway! Parking came easy just outside of old town (within 3-5 minute walk to place). Most parking is paid but you wouldn't spend more than 15-20 euros in 24 hrs with parking free from midnight to 9am. Valeria was extremely responsive and made my wife's, birthday feel very special. She had great recommendations and cannot thank her enough!.

We loved our 4 days stay. We were able to cook our American style breakfast and the glass (not plastic) hot water pot provided access to tea instead of coffee so that was really wonderful. Giorgio was really proactive and sent us a guide to the surrounding places to visit which we took to heart. He told us where to rent an automatic shift car and we went to Bosa one day and Castelsardo. More about the unit though, he provided us access to the clothes washer and drying rack which was an extra added benefit. The only thing I'll point out was the stairs at entry are a little dangerous. I don't know why hand rails don't seem to be an Italian thing but they would be a good thing here. We did navigate them successfully but children would need to be supervised carefully on them. Oh one more thing. We were told not to drink the tap water in Alghero so we had to buy it and lug it from the Coop store several blocks away. This fact was not really mentioned so I thought I'd say it here

Peaceful location with beautiful landscapes all around. A value deal outside of Alghero. Dario was friendly and communicative.

Abbiamo passato 4 giorni nel periodo di Capodanno nell'appartamento di Maria. L'appartamento è nel bellissimo centro storico di Alghero, in una zona molto tranquilla. Maria è stata molto disponibile e fin da subito molto reattiva nelle comunicazioni con noi. L'appartamento corrispondeva perfettamente alle foto e alla descrizione, ed era pulitissimo e in ordine. Ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene, e se dovessimo ricapitare ad Alghero ci piacerebbe tornare in questo splendido appartamento. Thomas e Valentina
