The apartment is completed in June 2018 . The project wanted to enhance and rediscover all the historical parts of the apartment and give it value. We designed the spaces in order to have 2 separate rooms with their own bathrooms . The house is a movement of spaces , dimensions and materials . The room in the attic, accessible by a spiral staircase , enjoys the view of the port . From the hall the glimpse that crosses the Jewish quarter and captures a corner of the sea . Light is everywhere

The room without kitchen has a separate entrance and is situated in the heart of the historical center, surrounded by many shops, bars and typical restaurants. In few minutes you can walk to both the beach and the rocks. Within walking distance there are the bus stops for various destinations (airport, beaches, other tourist destinations). You will appreciate the privacy, the location, the comforts, the cleaning. My accommodation is suitable for couples, lonely adventurers, business travelers.

The authentic Medieval House was built between 1250 and 1300. With more than 70 sq mt of interior space, plus a 20 of terrace. The house is in a prime location, just a few steps from the Cathedral, which overlooks the sea and offers breathtaking sunsets.

It was recently renovated maintaining the characteristic exposed stone, tuff, a construction material that enhances the historicity of the place.
