Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Algés

We just finished a fabulous five night stay and highly recommend. Gui greeted us upon arrival and walked us through the home. It is a historic home so there are some quirks, though nothing crazy. The house was a perfect size for our party of 8 (ages 12-70). The location absolutely cannot be beat - we never walked more than 15 minutes to get anywhere we wanted to go which was much appreciated at the end of the night! There is noise as the home is centrally located but that is a worthwhile trade off for the location. Washer (line dry) worked well and there were umbrellas, towels, sand toys, etc for the beach. We did not cook at the house so cannot provide a review but kitchen was spacious and well stocked. There is only AC in two of the rooms but there are shutters that help keep the heat of the day out and there were two fans available as well. Especially for the price and location, this is a great home for a large group.

Parfait pour un voyage en famille avec 3 chambres et une très belle surprise avec une mezzanine très lumineuse afin de profiter de bon moment, cela permet aussi d’avoir un coin TV pour ceux qui le souhaite. Petit piscine agréable mais non chauffé à prendre en considération. 2 salles d’eau très agréable en famille et un chambre un peu séparée pour les enfants. Très bon accueil et conseil de la propriétaire. Proche de Sintra et de l’océan avec une vraie tranquillité. Je recommande

Great place. Close to the ferry station, bakeries and markets nearby, amazing views of Lisbon. The house had everything we needed; the host provided the kitchen and bathroom essentials. We felt right at home. One little issue, the beds were not very comfortable.

Très bonne hôte! Elle nous as reçu avec beaucoup d’informations et des bonnes recommandations pour restaurant et visite de Lisbonne. Le ménage était impeccable. Cependant, il y avait une odeur d’humidité présente. Peut-être juste les bâtiments en béton qui cause ceci que nous sommes pas habitué à cette odeur au Québec. Le petit coin intime est invitant! Merci Annabella pour ton accueil chaleureux!

João's flat was perfect for our needs. 5 of us stayed here and there were 2 double beds and 3 singles. I had worries that the flat was too far from the main town center near the river but it was really close to Sao Sebastiao metro station, and just a €7 taxi away on the one day we got one (although weekends may be different story!) The flat is really spacious and the building easy to access on the ground floor and quiet. Decor is pretty tired but we werent there to stay indoors much. No air con could have been a problem if it was hotter but we went in about 23 degrees and no problems. You can hear planes going over if you have windows open, but it was really minimal as double glazing all throughout. Outside space was ok but really just good for smokers or to hang washing. Key boxes provided made it really easy to check in and João earns his Superhost title with how quick and clear he was to respond to everything, which wasnt much as he made it easy. We loved our stay at Pedro & Ana's beach house, as did our one-year-old baby who felt right at home. The location is unbeatable with a direct view of the ocean and a short walk around the corner from the beach. Grocery stores are just a short 10-15 minute drive away. The backyard, hammock, and brand new grill were the perfect place to relax. Pedro & Ana were so welcoming and helpful, setting out a chilled bottle of wine for our arrival and sharing local recommendations with us. The kitchen could use some new pots/pans and cutting boards (we ended up buying our own to use) but otherwise is well equipped (e.g. hand blender, hand mixer, separate oven and microwave). And unlike other beach houses we've stayed at, there was no shortage of hot water! Would absolutely stay again.

Prez est un excellent hôte. Il a pris le temps de bien nous expliquer le logement et nous donné une multitude de recommandations locales et touristiques. Nous avons aussi adoré la piscine pour les journée chaude. Tranquille avec beaucoup de chaise et très refraichissante Un peu plus éloigné du centre mais seulement à 20 min à pied de l’arrêt des bus touristique. Je recommande à tous !

Very well designed place .. it’s a very quiet and private newly renovated house .. someone put a lot of thought into the architecture and design of every detail .. agent was very easy to communicate with .. everything was perfect

Um refúgio perfeito! Que descoberta incrível! Desde o momento em que chegamos, sentimos a paz e tranquilidade que tanto buscávamos. O lugar é um verdadeiro oásis de serenidade, ideal para quem precisa escapar do ritmo frenético da cidade. Nossos dois pets também adoraram o jardim e o amplo espaço para corridinhas e brincadeiras! A acomodação estava impecavelmente limpa e decorada com muito bom gosto - simples, mas elegante. A cozinha bem equipada nos permitiu preparar refeições deliciosas sem maiores problemas. A piscina foi, sem dúvida, o ponto alto da nossa estadia. Água cristalina em temperatura perfeita, cercada por espreguiçadeiras confortáveis e vegetação exuberante! Os anfitriões foram extremamente atenciosos, nos receberam com muita simpatia e estavam sempre disponíveis quando precisamos, mas respeitando completamente nossa privacidade. Já estamos planejando nossa próxima visita. Este lugar ganhou um lugarzinho especial em nossos corações!

We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad in de woning van Lenita. Het is een mooie plek om een aantal nachten door te brengen. Er zijn mooie stranden en leuke restaurantjes in de omgeving, de supermarkt ligt om de hoek. De tuin is een rustige en groene oase midden in een stedelijke omgeving, heel bijzonder.

A estadia foi excelente! O local é tranquilo, agradável, limpo e muito bonito, ideal para descansar. A hóspede foi extremamente educada e solícita durante toda a experiência. Recomendo com certeza e voltaria outras vezes!

Rafael foi muito prestativo e atencioso, atendeu todos os pedidos de ajuda, indicou espaços ao redor para refeição logo a nossa chega e a coisa mais marcante foi nos permitir ter um late check out, até a hora bem próxima ao nosso voo, que foi no turno da noite. Ficaremos eternamente grato pois não sabíamos aonde ficar para aguardar o voo. Recomendo

This place was perfect for what we were looking for. We needed somewhere that could accommodate 9 of us, 6 adults and 3 children under 3. The house itself was beautiful, very tidy and had so much space. The hosts Ana and Nuno had thought of the children and provided us with cots, high chairs, children’s dinnerware, and even things for the children to play with. The swimming pool was gated off as described. The location felt really private and quiet, with beautiful views of the sea. We were able to walk down to the local shops and beach of Praia das Maçãs, so we didn’t need to hire a car. Ana was so friendly and helpful before and during our stay. We had such a lovely time here, and would love to come back one day.

Mooie woning, lekker ruim met een grote tuin en heerlijk zwembad! Aanrader om voor met vriendinnen te bezoeken. Via de app Bolt kun je makkelijk en goedkoop in de stad komen, het duurt ongeveer 15-25 minuten ( afhankelijk van de locatie in het centrum). Vanaf de luchthaven is het ook maar 7 minuten met de auto, die je ook nog eens voor de deur ophaalt en afzet. Klein minpuntje dat je de twee badkamers (douches) niet te gelijk kan gebruiken als je warm water wilt. Maar als je er 1 te gelijk aan doet, werkt het top. Zeker een aanrader om hier heen te gaan!!!

Great place in the heart of Almafa. Although you are right in the middle of the action this place can still feel like a secluded oasis. Would love to stay again!

Loved this place. Perfect if you’re staying in the area and want access to the beach or good food. It’s a great location and the host is superb at responding to questions and giving recommendations

Charlotte (and also André!) was a very kind host, offering a spectacular and stylish apartment with an amazing rooftop terrace. The apartment is very centrally located, close to the old city center, but also, for instance, to the beach in Algés (which is an 8km bike ride!) or to Cascais (reachable from the nearby train station). We enjoyed our stay tremendously, and highly recommend this apartment.

Excellent séjour dans le loft de Kibo qui est très propre et facile d’accès. Environnement calme et paisible. Attention, le logement est assez excentré mais bien desservi par les transports en commun donc pas gênant du tout !

Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans ce logement, il est très bien situé, beaucoup de choses à visiter sont accessibles à pieds. Le logement est assez grand et nous avons été très bien accueillis. On recommande ! Petite information utile : Le week-end (nous y sommes allées fin mai), les rues à côté sont très animées le soir (pour les personnes avec un sommeil léger, peut-être prévoir des boules quies pour le vendredi et samedi soir)

Sehr zweckmäßig eingerichtete Wohnung mit vielen angenehmen Sitzgelegenheiten. Drinnen wie auf der großen Terrasse. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut erreichbar, auch wenn sie ein wenig außerhalb des Zentrums liegt. Aber die Verkehrsanbindung ist super. Und Luisa war eine sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite Gastgeberin.

Die Gastgeberinnen haben sich von Beginn an rührend um all meine Anliegen gekümmert! Der Check-in verlief reibungslos!! Die Wohnung, insbesondere die Küche, ist perfekt ausgestattet und hat eine grandiose Terrasse mit wunderschönem Ausblick. Es war toll morgens darauf zu frühstücken! Trotz Hitze tagsüber, schön kühl in der Wohnung! Gern kommen wir wieder

Great place! The host was very accommodating since we arrived early and let us check-in. The space was beautiful and spacious. Very close to everything you need. The noise level is fairly quiet considering it’s close to the bars. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
