Swantje vacation home - 2 apartments with sauna & stove

The house consists of 2 independent fully equipped apartments, each with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 large room with kitchen, dining & living area. Both apartments have 1 sauna with a lounging area and a wood-burning stove in the living area. Outside area: two covered terraces and garden, which is located directly on the water, without a border to the water, therefore only suitable for small children to a limited extent. However, families with small children are also welcome to book. New construction from 2020 Only 200 meters to the Geeste reservoir

Our new vacation home, completed in 2024, offers the perfect break from everyday life. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, guests enjoy absolute privacy and a relaxed atmosphere without unwanted visitors. The house is modern and comfortably equipped and offers everything needed for a relaxing stay. Here, peace and relaxation in your own retreat is the top priority. Our house is within walking distance (about 3 minutes) of the lake/beach.
