Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Alfredo Chaves

New apartment, fully equipped, super comfortable, I felt at home. Laudiceia, which was our host, very attentive and always worried if everything was going well. 24h gate, super insurance, supermarkets, shops, pharmacy, restaurants, snack bars all close.

The apartment is in perfect condition (painting of walls and impeccable plaster ceiling), electronic lock on the door. 3 bedrooms (2 are suite) very spacious and comfortable. The bathrooms are in good condition, the apartment has a gas heater, working perfectly. The concierge of the building is 24h and easy to access, the building has foot lava on the ground floor (as it is close to the beach). I will definitely locate again when I go to Guarapari.

The photos accurately translate the atmosphere. All working and equipped with quality utensils. Organized, clean and comfortable. Positive point the integrated gourmet balcony and the view to both the day and the night. Flexibility at checkout. It was a great stay!

Juliana is very solicitous. The house is very complete and well cared for, with the right place for each item...we felt at home. Blackout curtains, super comfortable pillow and bed made our nights' sleep even better. The screens on the window provided more security for the children. Fully integrated apartment, facilitating mobility and providing spaciousness. The region is very quiet and with easy access to all regions of Guarapari. I was able to walk/run every morning and felt safe. On the last day, I discovered a charming restaurant in the city centre, serving delicious food by the kilo, with everything spotlessly clean. They also sold a wonderful bean-to-bar chocolate.

Great place to stay - Maria was extremely responsive and helpful, and went out of her way to arrange a taxi for us back to Vitoria airport. Her parents were also extremely welcoming and everything went very smoothly throughout. Very comfy rooms and great facilities! We highly recommend Maria's place to anyone wishing to stay in the area :)

It was the second time I stayed, the house is super cozy, very well-kept space, and the host is always kind and very understanding.

Excellent location, well maintained and comfortable, I felt like I was in a 5-star hotel. Lots of contact with nature, the people in the region are inviting and friendly and the weather is very pleasant. The cottage is well equipped for both short and long stays.

I spent my birthday in Pedra Azul with my family and couldn't have wished for better. Eduarda's house is simply wonderful — cozy, super well cared for, full of charm and a delicious vibe. All impeccable! The view is a spectacle aside, the cleaning was a thousand, and every detail shows her care and affection for the space. We felt at home from start to finish. Eduarda was sensational! Actenciosa, quick to answer and super partner. For real, it was an experience that will be marked forever. I want to come back as soon as I can. Obligation for everything, Eduarda! Very large house… great for big groups. Excellent location, in front of the square and the rosemary restaurant. It's worth every penny.

This is not the first time we have stayed at Solar Santa Clara. Once again, we felt at home. Eduardo is a great host and Rodrigo, who takes care of the house, is very proactive. The house has also undergone improvements in the past year, making it even more comfortable. In addition to the complete leisure area and all the necessary utensils available, we are delighted by the beautiful view of the lagoon and the many fruit trees in the yard. We look forward to returning soon!

It is well worth the accommodation. It is extremely close to the beach, just a corner away from the beach of the hill, very well located. The extra good market is practically next door, not to mention the markets and restaurants. The apartment was impeccable with clean and overcomes the photos of the ad. We were very happy and satisfied with the comfort, with the location, with everything that the apt provided. Too much worth it! My family was delighted. We went in a group of 8 people and a baby and it was all very quiet and tasty. We stayed 9 days.
