It has 3 bathrooms (en-suite, social and barbecue area), a living room with an integrated kitchen, a barbecue area and a wood stove, a balcony, a grassy outdoor area and a lake for fishing and a swimming pool. The house is a 15-minute drive from downtown Matilde.
