Villa holiday rentals in Alfama, Lisbon

O senhor Nicolau e sua esposa são Ótimos anfitriões, fizemos a confirmação as 15:00 as 16:30 já estávamos alocados com uma ótima recepção. A casa é exactamente como mostra nas fotos, espaçosa , super limpo e com uma cozinha equipada para aqueles que gostam de cozinha. Ao redor da casa se encontra um parque , mercados e restaurantes com fácil acesso ,caso queira ir ao centro de Lisboa tem paragens de autocarro próximo e aqueles que gosta de usar o Uber tambem é uma ótima opção porque não custa muito .

Más que una sencilla estancia , Lisboa es un ciudad despertando , con una personalidad propia y donde en cada esquina hay una sorpresa , y en este alojamiento uno se siente que está en medio de todo ello , al mismo tiempo que disfruta de un jardin de tranquilidad y silencio en medio del bullicio , algo realmente diferente para mí y absolutamente atractivo

Great place for a large group of people. Lots of space for everyone and the rooms are a good size. Only negative feedback is that there wasn’t much cooking space or utensils (only two pans and 4 small hobs). Would definitely book again!

We really liked Anabela's house. It's cozy and bright. There's an inner courtyard where you can relax and have a barbecue. The house has everything you need - kitchenware, dishes, towels, and so on. Anabela herself greeted us and was very welcoming and sweet! We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!

Un super séjour a Lisbonne , la maison est spacieuse et confortable , nous avons apprécié également le coin barbecue ... Le quartier est tranquille et proche des grandes plages , le centre de Lisbonne est accessible en 20 minutes (en fonction de la circulation sur le pont ) grace aux nombreux chauffeurs privés ; Le proprietaire habite la maison juste derriere , merci a lui de nous avoir fourni de l'eau lors du blackout électrique , c'est tres gentil de sa part ! Je recommande vivement cette location , nous y avons passé de bons moments en famille !

The house was just as described. Despite being in a fairly built up area, it was easy to get to and has its own parking. The villa was a lovely size for the 6 adults in our group, with good bedrooms and a well stocked kitchen and living room. The outside areas were equally well stocked with garden furniture, places to eat and a pool big enough to cool down in. Our host, Manuela, was extremely helpful, quick to respond to correspondence and very helpful with local information. All in, a cracking stay in a lovely villa with some fantastic weather to boot. What's not to like?

Nous avons vraiment passé un excellent séjour chez Laura. C’est comme un petit paradis au milieu de la ville. Sa maison est superbe et le jardin est fantastique puisque nous avons pu prendre tous nos repas sur la terrasse ... et nos 3 garçons ont pu courir derrière les lapins et le hamster 🙂 La maison est très grande et très bien équipée ... même mieux que chez nous à Paris ! Nous avons compte 3 salles de bain ... ce qui était large pour nous 5. Bref - c’une adresse que nous avons beaucoup apprécié et que nous recommandons les yeux fermés. Laura nous a même autorisés à goûter à ses liqueurs ... ce que nous n’avons pas manqué de faire une fois que les enfants étaient au lit.

Great hosts - super responsive and flexible with check in. The place was worth the money, huge surroundings and lots of bathrooms available for a large group. Would stay here again!

We were greeted with a big hug by Sofia who welcomed us to Ericeira Hills. Ericeira was the perfect landing spot for us as we traveled around touring 20+ towns & 21+ tours & sites visited. Our first trip to Portugal proved to us that the locals are very kind, friendly & willing to help out! The food was magnificent, views were just so beautiful, we could not have asked for a better location. A grocery & restaurant within a 3 min walk & a butcher within a 5 min walk. It was so neat to go into Ericeira & walk the cobblestone streets, watch surfers, & enjoy the incredible Atlantic coast from Portugal. I would recommend Aksel’s place for anyone wanting to settle in & immerse yourself into the Portuguese culture. So glad we did! Thanks to Aksel & his beautiful Ericeira Hills home, to Sofia for her help in answering any questions & to Stein for helping us rent a car. A truly wonderful trip & experience!!

We had our wedding at this beautiful villa and also spent several days here with our guests—it was truly unforgettable. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves. The owners were incredibly helpful and kind, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The garden is stunning and the views created the perfect backdrop for our celebration. They prepared the catering with traditional food, and everyone absolutely loved it. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay at Teresa and Rui’s beautiful home! The house exceeded our expectations—it’s even more stunning than the photos and came fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. We especially loved the location; it’s nestled in a peaceful, private area, yet just a short drive or Uber ride away from great local restaurants and attractions. Teresa and Rui were wonderful hosts—friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area!

The house was gorgeous, great amenities and very clean. Lovely pool and bbq area too. It’s in a great location from airport, local beach was beautiful with surfing and restaurants we visited 3 times in our stay. Check in and out was easy, Sylvie was extremely friendly and helpful. She offered early check in which was helpful with my 2 year old and offered great recommendations. Such a perfect stay

We had an amazing time at Magnus’ place. Such a beautiful setting and property. Any issues we had, Magnus was quick to resolve and was extremely friendly. He had some great advice for the local area. Would love to go back again one day.

De ruime villa van Ana en Nuno had een fascinerend uitzicht op de Atlantische Oceaan, wat prachtige zonsondergangen betekende. Met een werkelijk alles omvattende inventaris, ook voor kinderen, ontbrak het ons aan niets. We waren met 10 personen van 0 tot 72 jaar en die vonden makkelijk hun plek: fijne bedden, ‘s nachts echte stilte en een luxe woonkamer en keuken. Buiten stonden de bloemen in bloei en het zwembad was perfect. De barbecue werkt ook als een tierelier met een fijne buitenkeuken en buiten-eethoek. De ruime parkeergelegenheid completeerde het geheel, gelegen in een rustige wijk van Las Maças. Op 10 minuten een mooi strand en diverse goede eetgelegenheden. Kortom: een 10 met een griffel voor de goede gastvrouw en -heer.

The place is beautiful! the best place that we stayed in Portugal! Sandrine is very helpful! Grocery very close.

We had an amazing stay with family and friends at Luis's place. The pool and deck area was absolutely stunning and all of the bedrooms allowed for everyone to have their own space and settle in. There were a few 'new listing' things but Luis was very helpful and receptive and sorted them right away. The pool was very clean and we all enjoyed it. The kitchen is made for big groups and the dining area was amazing for big family dinners. The beach is just down the road and it's a short walk to the nearest grocery store. Easy access to the train station and green space. I would absolutely rent here again, especially with a big family group.

Beautiful villa, immaculately clean. Really pretty and very private garden with a cool pool. Thoughtful additions including games and recommendations for surf lessons. Fab hosts. Had the most wonderful week with the family. Easy to walk to beach and good restaurants. Highly recommend and hope to return!

Luis was an absolutely amazing host, very communicative and caring.

Das Kongresszentrum war sehr schnell zu Fuß erreichbar (5 Minuten); da lohnte es ich gar nicht die Straßenbahn zu nutzen, was aber auch problemlos möglich gewesen wäre. Die Gastgeber waren extrem nett. Die Erholung im Garten war noch besser, als man von den Fotos her erwartet hätte - und die machten schon einen tollen Eindruck.

This is a perfect house and the location and the location is very nice! Sofia is super professional, I highly recommend
