Holiday rentals with beach access in Alfama, Lisbon

Very quiet and nice area, the apartment very well located, close to the beach and Lisbon 20 minutes away. A perfect getaway to go with your partner, and very cozy and noise-free apartment, fantastic.

We had a wonderful time staying at this apartment during our surf trip. It has a great location, being very near to grocery stores, restaurants, and the beach. The apartment was cozy, clean, spacious, and had all the amenities listed. Ana has been a great host throughout our stay, and was responsive to our questions. Overall very satisfied with our stay!

Pedro's place is wonderful! A stunning view of the ocean from the terrace, top amenities and Lisbon accessible by bus quickly. The location is superb! Thanks for everything!

Perfect stay, 2 minutes from the beach. I’ll be back if I need a place in Oeiras again. Parking was a massive bonus, despite driving a large SUV. Big thanks to José (my host) who was always there if I needed him.

Beautiful and peacefully place, is small but perfect for two persons, close to the beach at 20 minutes in car from downtown. We enjoyed our staying with Bruno, hope back soon.

Perfect stay. The apartment is very well located, it is spacious, comfortable, not lacking in detail. It's very quiet and the garden views are very nice. The amenities provided by the hosts are to be appreciated: the kitchen was not missing anything, we appreciate not having to buy cleaning products or paper. The beds are comfortable and the wardrobes huge to store your clothes. Very nice hosts and great people. I'd repeat it without a doubt.

Beautiful place. The house was true to the photos. Location was good. The seaside was easily accessible on foot. It was nice to have several secluded sleeping areas as well as a dorm. Isabel was always reachable and responsive to our requests. Nice place if you are a great team and Lisbon is quite close. I recommend

The cottage was very cosy and homey. Comfortable beds, hot water and a good living space. The sofa is much bigger than it appears in the photo. There's no oven but there is a big fridge freezer, coffee machine, stove top and microwave. We cooked a few simple meals but largely ate out as there were lots of great choices in the area. The beach was within easy reach and we could access central Lisbon very quickly with an Uber. We had a great stay.

This was one of the most amazing place I’ve ever stayed at. Even Hilton doesn’t prepare their rooms as perfectly as Claudia’s. It was super well decorated, extremely clean, had everything you needed. It was also a walkable distance from the ferry which is your best way to get to Lisbon (be careful of the weather as they can cancel the last one if there is too much wind). Claudia was hands down why this app was created and if all the host took so much care of their guests, it would be amazing. 1000% would recommand !

Katerina was very proactive, responsive, and a caring host. Any issues or questions I had were quickly addressed. Her English is excellent, so there were no issues with language barriers. I stayed for 30 days, so the weekly cleaning was nice in that the apartment stayed in good condition without much effort on my part. It’s a very pretty apartment with a lot of character: art, books, etc. It did make me worry that I would accidentally mix up my stuff with the apartment’s and consequently forget it at checkout. I alleviated this worry by limiting where I put my possessions to only a couple locations. New tenants: Be sure to get the unit’s Lote number (groupings of the apartments, displayed on the apartment complex external doors) before you arrive, or maybe ask for the location/pin of the best external door to access the apartment. For the address provided, most apps will take you a bit further into the apartment complex, which can be a bit of a hike if you have luggage.

We had a great, restful time at Lurdes despite rainy weather. We were very warmly welcomed and provided with great sightseeing and restaurant tips. Elisabeth was always available for us and very quick to respond. The ocean view from the deck is amazing! The nearby beach (we would recommend a car) has great bars and clear water. The house is clean and as pictured. Thank You!

We had a lovely stay. Joao is very friendly and welcoming. Everything is as advertised and it's a show every day to open the door of the house on the ocean. Surf lesson in front of the house, very good neighboring restaurant. I recommend her house.

We had a great stay at Casa Saudade, the house was very beautiful and in an always calm area! Fernando was very helpful, always friendly and impeccable with us! The house has a great back to be on hot days, perfect for lunch!

Very good location and close to everything you had to visit in Lisbon, quiet and no noise neighborhood

The stay was very pleasant. The apartment is small but very well organized, and fully equipped. It has everything you need for short and not so short stays. I felt at home from the very first moment.

We had everything we needed:) Ricardo was very friendly and accommodating, after no one was at the property before and after us, we were also able to postpone the check-in/out to our liking! Everything was clean and the amenities were exactly as described. Value is great! The house is a little clairvoyant, but the neighbors usually only make noise during the day, at night with closed windows it is very quiet. We would come back:)

We had a delightful stay. We enjoyed walking to the beach, the marina and the local restaurants. We were able to go to Sintra, see the castle and the grounds. We toured the Lisbon neighborhoods by Tuktuk. We especially enjoyed spending time in the charming town of Cascais. The perfect location near the sea. Thank you Olga.

This was the perfect stay in Lisbon. It’s in a great location with extremely walkable streets to restaurants, bars, shops, and much more. I would stay here again!

Excellent location, surrounded by many restaurants, cafes, shops and easy access to public transportation! The apartment was spacious, had everything you need for your stay. Windows are to the inside yard so it was peaceful and quiet! Could not have asked for more!

Jorge is an outstanding host. Although we arrived late in the evening and had to self check-in, we encountered some difficulty locating the right apartment. However, after a quick phone call, Jorge guided us directly to it with ease. The apartment itself is comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. While we had read in other reviews that some of the interior feels a bit dated, it wasn’t an issue for us. The highlight is its prime location—just a short walk from a stunning beach and train station. Conveniently located in between Cascais and Lisbon which made it easy for us to explore the surrounding areas.
