We are 1 kilometer away from the nearest neighbor and the nearest supermarket is 6 kilometers away. This is not a luxury hostel, but if you are looking for absolute peace and a hiking paradise in the midst of the most beautiful nature, you have come to the right place! In the cold season, you MUST additionally heat with the fireplace!

We didn't have the heart to tear down Grandma Hilde's house. So we renovated the house for 1 year and got as much charm as possible. Enjoy your own hideaway with a large sun terrace, the old half-timbered but modern facilities. The house is at the narrowest point of Starkenburg, so that you can enjoy the distant view towards the Mosel river and the beautiful Ahringstal. A beautiful beech forest starts 100 m away. Many beautiful hiking trails and the Elztal bike path are also within easy reach: e.g. the Monrealer Ritterschlag or the Hochbermeler... Mayen, the Nürburgring, the Moselle, the Maare can be reached quickly.

A quiet and cozy accommodation with a fantastic view of the expanse. The little house is called "Sonnenhaus" and is located in the wonderful village of Aremberg in the Eifel, surrounded by nature. The solar house has a living room with a sofa bed, a bedroom and a kitchen with a fireplace and a brand new bathroom. In the living room and in the kitchen there is a fireplace for heating. The bathroom and kitchen can also be heated electrically.

Small two-storey cottage. On the ground floor storage facilities for bicycles. The apartment on the first floor can be reached via an external staircase. It is divided into a living/dining area with small kitchenette and a bathroom with spacious shower. To sleep, head down the inner stairs to an open gallery, where a 1.60 m wide bed awaits you. If you come with four people, the couch can be folded into a full double bed.
