Accommodation is exactly like the photos, but unique but it is the sliding door that is spoiled. Besides, the kitnet is great, Bruno is very helpful and catering quickly, the condominium is very good and close to everything. I recommend it.

The apartment matches the photos. Jefferson is very agile in communication and has always been very helpful. The property has places with good restaurants within a 20-minute walk or 5-minute drive, which makes the stay much easier.

I stayed for a month. The apartment has everything that is required for a long stay, equipped kitchen, washing machine, work desk, etc. The location of the building is very good, safe, it is close to one of the clear water exits and has everything nearby, subway, restaurants, pharmacies, markets, bakeries, there is a lot in the building's own gallery. The clear-water park is about a ten minute walk away. The only negative points that I noticed are the bathroom, which really is very small, the acoustics of the building that is not so good, and the ventilation of the kitchen, like the balcony in the bedroom, ends up not ventilating so much in the kitchen, but nothing that discredits the place. Overall, it was a great stay, it's worth it for what it offers, especially in terms of location.

Everything is very good. Totally as advertised. This is my second time staying

cozy place, with all kinds of equipment to ensure comfort. I loved it. If I have an observation, it is that the building is right next to the Águas Claras station. It's good, because it makes it easier for those who want to take the subway. But the subway starts operating at 5 am and ends at 11 pm. For those who don't sleep with noise, it's bad. But I always carry earplugs. So, I had great nights of sleep. I thank you very much for the hospitality. Safe, clean, beautiful and well located place. There's just this issue of the subway noise.

A comfortable apartment and full of amenities at our disposal, market within the condominium, toy library (my daughters loved), gym, laundry, and a huge and beautiful pool. The apartment has a cozy, fresh balcony with a very pleasant view. Comfortably a family of 6 people, has an induction stove, air fryer and all the utensils necessary for cooking, in short, it was 3 very good and comfortable days. And I can't help but comment on the kindness of the building staff who have helped us in everything we need.
