Holiday rentals with lake access in Alexânia

Marcela’s bnb was fabulous. We had a good of 10 and couldn’t have been more pleased. We all ate in the outdoor kitchen all the time which was a great experience. Lake views and sunsets were beautiful. The rooms were clean and well appointed. She kept the property neat and tidy throughout our stay. She was easy to communicate with and always answered questions right away. Highly recommend this bnb.

Fantastic and pristine place in ASA Sud, really liked the place a lot with a lot of comfortable amenities. It’s very convenient if one chooses to stay in ASA Sud with all its fantastic restaurants, coffee places and grocery stores. I would very happily book this place again…

An oasis of nature in the only place in Brasilia that still seems to have the charm of a small town.

The stay was great. The Hosts have always been considerate and kind. The house was clean and organized. The swimming pool is warm all day, with emphasis on whirlpool and night lighting. For those with a pet, the house is very good because it is all surrounded. The river trail is in front of the house, with quiet access. Also, highlight to Alair, Thayse's mother, who kindly accompanied us along the trail, presenting the best options of paths and places to enjoy the wonderful river.

The house is excellent, the view is fantastic, the house is well located, it allowed us to live memorable moments and experiences.

We spent the Easter holiday and the house is simply an excellent place to enjoy with the family. Air-conditioned rooms, all with a suite, large kitchen and with all accessories and utensils that can be imagined and integrated with the dining and living room. The barbecue separate from the house and next to the pool is also fantastic and complete! Equipped with fridge, electric oven, Cooktop stove and various utensils. We don't miss anything. At the back of the house there is an orchard with various types of fruit and a very green grassy area! The children had a lot of fun and spent almost all the time in the position. We are very grateful for the welcome we had by our host Sergio. It was a spectacular family holiday!

Rubens' accommodation is perfect, the apartment is very well organized, clean and has everything it takes to welcome guests. The condominium is very beautiful, has a well-structured gym and 24-hour convenience. "When I return to Brasilia I will try to stay in the apartment again." I highly recommend it to everyone.

Everything was OK as advertised

It's a condominium of flats, very familiar. It's right by the lake, a wonderful view! Camila's apartment is near the lake. Inside there is a restaurant and bakery / snack bar, there is a hairdressing salon and a laundry shop! Perfect for those who travel for work or leisure. I recommend a speedboat ride on Lake Paranoá! We love!

The apartment is very functional, everything is clean and working perfectly. The condominium is also excellent, I would definitely stay there again.

Due to a work in our apartment, we spent five weeks in this beautiful duplex, with the best view that Brasilia can offer. The amenities are great. Communication with Marina was excellent throughout the period. Very attentive, she offered some kindnesses that helped us a lot. We even thought about going back, this time just to enjoy the lakeside.

Both the apartment and the condominium are fantastic. There is a restaurant, cafeteria, gym, everything in the condominium. In addition to the pool and the lake. I highly recommend it.

The stay was excellent! The house is very comfortable and exactly as described in the listing. One of the great highlights was the lake, easily accessible and very close to the perfect house for moments of tranquility and contact with nature. The condominium is very calm and safe, ideal for resting and relaxing. Communication with the host was quick and thoughtful.

Optimal excellence in accommodation, clean environment both indoors and outdoors, the house has many appliances such as electric pan, air fryer, sandwich maker, electric oven and the house has several utensils. All rooms have Air conditioning and the Wi-Fi is very good. Outdoor area with a very good gourmet area, games and the heated pool is good highlight in colder periods. We were very well received by Mr. Reginaldo who gave us support during the stay. And the host Alessandra answers very quickly and gets all the questions you have. I would like to thank you for the mimo of the cheese.

The house is very beautiful, welcoming , well functional, it contains all the necessary items for your stay , excellent for children, with many leisure options and suitable beds, including crib for those who go with a baby. Warm pool water, being able to use with peace of mind even at night time. Reflectors help a lot in the use of the courts. All the utensils of the house work perfectly . The ground road leading to the house is in great condition. The lake is excellent for bathing and also for water sports. And make it necessary to mention the wonderful view! In any case , our experience was exceptional, we will definitely go back and indicate the accommodation .

It was wonderful to celebrate my mother's 80th birthday at Raquel's house. The place comfortably accommodated our large family. In addition to being beautiful, the house is incredibly well-equipped, so we didn't need to bring anything at all. We also had the company of Vani, who, by a separate arrangement, helped us a lot in the day-to-day tasks with a lot of dedication and sympathy. It was a very happy weekend and we want to return as soon as possible.

The house was exactly as advertised , cozy, well-equipped and with a breathtaking view of the lake, which could be enjoyed from every room. We took advantage of every corner: the outdoor area, the balcony, the spacious kitchen... They were wonderful family days! The campfire at night, under the tree with the moon reflecting in the lake, was one of the most special moments of the trip. We went with elderly people with limited mobility and the house served us super well in this respect, especially for having a room on the ground floor. Only the bathroom box is a bit tight for those who need to use a wheelchair while bathing , which required a little more attention on our part, but did not compromise the stay. After all, we were very well instructed by João and Fritz, always helpful and kind. From before arrival until the end of the stay, they were available for any questions or needs, which made all the difference We highly recommend! Beautiful place, quiet and full of good energy.

Nilson is kind and always willing to help. upon arriving at the condominium, no standing in a queue waiting to register and present documents to the doorman. City Hall passes the host-provided QR code on the reader and the gate opens. when you arrive at the house: air conditioning on, table set and complimentary a bucket of cold beer. we enjoy the beautiful lake view, the heated pool, the gas fireplace, the good internet, the soundbar with subwoofer, the barbecue, the kayaks and vests. the rooms are all of the same quality, so all the guests are equally well accommodated. outdoor toilets are particularly well cared for with excellent flavouring and hand soap. important to mention: - there is another house on the same plot with entrance through the same gate. The chairs in the room are no longer large and comfortable like the ones in the photo, but they are ok.

Rancho as described and photos, spacious, everything clean, working. A very pleasant spa, a lake a few meters away, with a stand up board at your disposal. Very beautiful region, the house is very close to others in the neighboring land, all very safe. Anyway, the stay was very nice and Lilliam was very kind, including extending the check-out.

In all aspects, we were very satisfied and I thank everyone for providing us with a great stay.
