Lovely 45 m² apartment close to the Alesia metro station and all shops, on the first floor without a lift, in a small apartment building, courtyard side. Attractive living area with fully equipped kitchen (Nespresso, washing machine, oven, etc.). Bedroom (160-cm double bed) is open-plan but separated from the living room by a long hallway and a walk-in wardrobe. Modern bathroom with walk-in shower. Bed linens and towels are provided. Travel cot available for rent on request / Secure parking space available for rent on request

Superb 160 m² for 6 people, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms

Very nice Parisian apartment, 160 m2, comfortable for 6 people. 5th floor with elevator, very bright. Large living room, library, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 2 toilets including a separate one. Master bedroom, 180 cm bed, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. Two bedrooms with 160 cm bed, one bathroom with bathtub and one bathroom with shower. Open equipped kitchen. 2 steps from the catacombs and RER B, Luxembourg gardens, central Paris, direct access to airports, metro lines 4 and 6. Apartment not suitable for PRM.

It is a NON SMOKING PLACE as I DO NOT SMOKE. This large renovated studio (40 Square Meters) comes with a spacious room, a nice and quiet balcony, a fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom and high speed wifi. Very well connected: 3 min from Alésia metro and 10 min from Denfert-Rochereau. Refined and wooded decoration, creating a soothing atmosphere. Fast Wi-Fi and space suitable for home office. Equipped with a smart TV, many kitchen accessories and a walk-in shower. Please limit noise after 10 p.m., as the insulation is old. Have a very good stay!
