My house is located 3 minutes from the Parc des Expositions, 10 minutes from Alès, 15 minutes from Uzés, 20 minutes from Anduze and 30 minutes from Nîmes. This allows you to discover the region. The sea is 1 hour away as well as Lozère. The house includes a large living room with a living room, kitchen and dining room, two spacious bedrooms with a double bed and a bathroom, a 20 m2 terrace.

Hiking trail starts from the cottage and 2 minutes from the greenway for bike rides. Things to do nearby: Canoeing kayaking, canyoning, mountain biking...

La Capucine is located near the mechanical hub and five minutes from Alès, the capital of the Cévennes. The accommodation is adjoining our house, it can accommodate two people in a bedroom with a 160/200 bed, and two children on a sofa bed, 140/190 bed. Guests can enjoy the garden and park their vehicle in the yard. The property is secured by an electric gate. Bikers will have the opportunity to put their bike away in a covered and closed garage.

We invite you to come and stay in a 50 m² mazet, completely renovated with lots of character. A large 25 m² loft-style room serves as a living room, bedroom and office, ideal for remote working with a good internet speed.
