Located in our beautiful countryside of Marmouillé, come and recharge your batteries at Les Racines, at the foot of the hiking trails in our family property that we have renovated with all our heart to make it a cozy and cocooning space. We tried to make sure that you are at home by bringing as much equipment as possible so that you do not miss anything. So, all you have to do is enjoy small moments of happiness and sharing with family or friends.

This charming village house, perfect for 1 to 4 people, is composed of a comfortable bedroom, a bright living room with sofa bed, an equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Outside there is a terrace with dining area and a small quiet and private garden. House completely renovated in 2024, equipped with fiber optics, air conditioning and electric shutters. Self check-in by secure keybox, childcare equipment and concierge services available upon request.

The Cottage Belmontais is located in the historic center of the village of Beaumont sur Sarthe with easy access to all services and free parking nearby. The accommodation is fully equipped as well as a terrace with a view and accessible to the river and a wooded garden. We offer breakfast on request 5€/pers. Stone house located 5 minutes from the city center of Alençon, composed of an equipped kitchen, dining room and a living room on the ground floor. The garden has an outdoor wooden terrace with garden furniture, green spaces and trampoline, very quiet environment Upstairs are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the second bedroom has a bunk bed for two people and a sofa bed for two people. Bathroom with shower and separate toilet upstairs.
