In the heart of the countryside, 2 hours 15 minutes from Paris, this charming little house from 1821 is located on the La Garencière estate. Our property is a former farmhouse and its outbuildings have been converted into 5 independent cottages, in a natural, quiet setting surrounded by the forest with a lovely view of Champfleur. You will stay in a house independent of ours, enjoy a terrace adjoining the accommodation and can enjoy our entire garden, play areas...

An inventory will be carried out upon arrival and departure, due to previous problems of non-respect of the premises and theft. Non-smoking rental. Air conditioning. Close to downtown. Classified Airbnb (no opening in the living room). One bedroom (skylight) with a queen size bed, a 90 cm bed, and a baby bed. A living room with a sofa and a 90 cm bed. Bathroom with toilet, kitchenette, free street parking, garage for bikes and motorcycles. Access to the courtyard.

The Cottage Belmontais is located in the historic center of the village of Beaumont sur Sarthe with easy access to all services and free parking nearby. The accommodation is fully equipped as well as a terrace with a view and accessible to the river and a wooded garden. We offer breakfast on request 5€/pers.
