Our accommodation is strategically located in the central area of Penha, about a 5-minute walk from Alegre Beach. You can reach Balneário Piçarras Beach in just 10 minutes, and Beto Carrero World is about a 15-minute drive away. The house covers over 520 m² and has 7 bedrooms, 4 of which are en suites, all with air conditioning, as well as a large outdoor area perfect for barbecues and family gatherings. Excellent location, close to supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants and local shops. Pets are welcome!

The garage can accommodate up to 4 cars at no charge for parking. The house is 100 m from the Alegre beach and 7 km from the largest South American theme park Beto Carrero World.
