The house covers over 520 m² and has 7 bedrooms, 4 of which are en suites, all with air conditioning, as well as a large outdoor area perfect for barbecues and family gatherings. Excellent location, close to supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants and local shops. Pets are welcome!

Our guests will love to stay in our house, it is spacious and very comfortable, with air-conditioning in all the rooms. The party area has a barbecue, refrigerator, gas stove, wood stove, a 3-in-1 table (dining, pool table and ping pong), and there is also a solar-heated pool. The garage can accommodate up to 4 cars at no charge for parking. The house is 100 m from the Alegre beach and 7 km from the largest South American theme park Beto Carrero World.
