Our accommodation is strategically located in the central area of Penha, about a 5-minute walk from Alegre Beach. You can reach Balneário Piçarras Beach in just 10 minutes, and Beto Carrero World is about a 15-minute drive away. The house covers over 520 m² and has 7 bedrooms, 4 of which are en suites, all with air conditioning, as well as a large outdoor area perfect for barbecues and family gatherings. Excellent location, close to supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants and local shops. Pets are welcome!

It is located less than 1 km from Praia Grande (a beautiful white sand beach) and Armação de Itapocorói (a bay of artisanal fishermen, with calm sea, great for stand-up paddleboarding). Our guests will love to stay in our house, it is spacious and very comfortable, with air-conditioning in all the rooms. The party area has a barbecue, refrigerator, gas stove, wood stove, a 3-in-1 table (dining, pool table and ping pong), and there is also a solar-heated pool. The garage can accommodate up to 4 cars at no charge for parking. The house is 100 m from the Alegre beach and 7 km from the largest South American theme park Beto Carrero World. We have free wi-Fi to guests.
