With this accommodation in the centre, your family will be close to everything. It is a stone's throw from the Vaporetto stop that allows you to reach Venice.

The apartment is located on the first floor of a traditional Venetian house from the early 1900s, completely renovated in 2023. Location close to the Duomo, if you arrive by car you will find the Park Saloni at 400 meters (€4 per day) and the Giove car park at 450 meters (€0.50 per hour). Just 1.5km from the beach, also convenient for going with a public or private boat to Pellestrina.

Homes come with plenty of comforts, including a gorgeous upstairs terrace.

Garage for rented bikes. The flat is sanitized with OZONE. I own also a big flat (3rd floor) with terrace on highstreet (best for 6, but up to 8 people, 2 bathrooms).
