On the property, there is a small guesthouse with 2 beds. Fireplace on the premises where you can bake bread or grill sausages Swimming and fishing in the lake. Rowing boat can be borrowed. Perch and pike are in the lake, no fishing license is needed. Bohusleden, a stone's throw from the cottage. The nature area Svartedalen offers hiking 20 minutes to swimming by the sea.

Dream house with private pool, near the lake & playground. You live close to nature, 30 minutes from Gothenburg & 15 minutes from the cafe town of Alingsås. You can choose to spend the day by the pool, sunbathe, swim & start up the grill while the kids splash and play. You can take a walk along the embankment that runs along the lake. Or rent a boat & go out to one of the 60 islands that Lake Mjörn offers. In the garden, there is a sandbox, swings, slide and large trampoline. There are bicycles to borrow, close to the beaches for swimming.

Lysegården's golf course is next door as well as Svartedalen's nature reserve.

The accommodation is also good for remote work or just want to relax in the Swedish countryside Half an hour to Gothenburg. Bus/Train takes just over an hour (Rapenskårsvägen) Restaurant 2 km from the accommodation, Cafe Torpet Use of bed linens and towels, as well as cleaning, is included. Cozy and quiet accommodation on a lake plot by Mollsjön, with its own jetty and bathing ladder. Access to canoe and rowboat. Lawn and barbecue area by the lake. In the main building there is a kitchen and living room with lake view, two bedrooms and a toilet with shower. In the shed there are two bunk beds. Several nice swimming and fishing lakes in the nearby area. Proximity to Vättefjäll Nature Reserve and nice hiking trails. About 10 minutes by car from Ale square, where there are trains to Gothenburg.

Wellcome to our sunny and spacious home 5 min walk from several clear water lakes and a lovely sandy beach, as well as the forest and breathtaking hikes just outside our doorstep. The house has a big, old, secluded garden with no insight where you can enjoy the sun from early morning to sunset with several terraces and a big roof balcony. All photos you see here are taken within a walking distance of max 10 min from the house. We are a family of 4 and an allergy friendly dog.
