Private Suite & Cottage Combo w/ Backyard, Seattle

Amazing Combo units allow you to two independent rentals, one studio cottage with full bath, kitchen and bed and the second private suite with 3 bedrooms and a bath and a eat-in-kitchen. Both the units are 15ft. apart and in separate dwelling units allowing our guests to have extra space with a larger group and also some privacy. Guests also have a private fully fenced backyard that is not shared with anyone. 5 mins to Whole Foods, 10 mins to Costco, Shopping, 25 mins to downtown Seattle

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space on a peaceful and secluded one acre property. This is an attached guest suite studio with a small rustic kitchenette and bathroom. Surrounded in beautiful yards, trees, flower gardens and privacy. There is a professional aerial silks and Lyra ring to play on, trampoline, tree swing, fire pit, outdoor tables and lounge chairs. 15 miles to downtown Seattle and only 10 min to 2 lakes and we are right by the new light rail. The home sits on an over sized lot with its backyard facing the sound and mountains for wonderful afternoon sunset sky. It is located on an upscale Edmonds private compound. Our property is close to parks with pounds, natural trails, golf court, sports fields, kids playgrounds and more.

Enjoy Shoreline while staying in our private guest suite! You will enjoy the privacy of this suite. There is a private entrance and reserved parking is within steps of your door. We are the main residents with the suite on the ground floor of our townhouse. It is a 5-10 min walk to the 185th Light rail station. (Refer to other details to note for specifics).
