Kitchen with everything you need as a kitchen; "low countertop" type refrigerator. 2-height dwelling, no or elevator, wide stairs. Several shared terraces with other accommodations in the same building. It is very nice to go to nearby towns walking between fincas de orange and lemon grove.

I liked getting in touch with other guests in the communal area in the kitchen and dining table - for single people this may be less suitable. And Johnny is an original in the best sense, while being outgoing but not intrusive, helpful, fun.....It was a lot of fun, and the walk together up to Ermita (over 189 steps) was a highlight in the double sense.

From the first moment Teodoro solved all our doubts, he was also very attentive to give us the appropriate directions to find the accommodation. The listing photos match what we found, in fact, I would say the reality surpasses the photos. Teodoro's place is at peace. You can make a lot of plans, both on the mountain and at the beach. Beautiful quite town in the mountains. Everything was great about this stay. Maria was responsive, showed us the house at check in and gave us some recommendations within the town. It’s a very small town with a few bars and restaurants. Not much night activity but very quiet. Would ask to stay again if we visit Spain.

Great house to spend a few days, in a quiet and nice area

A well maintained, cozy old house, ideal for staying with children. Juan José is easily accessible and has all kinds of tips for hiking in the area.

It was 15 days of total disconnection, the village is very close to buy. My pet enjoyed as a child because there are rabbits around but the whole area of the house is fenced so no hassle to keep it loose. The house has practically everything and there is a lot of tranquility around. Yazid very friendly and you can be in touch with him at any time.

It was a nice place very well connected to shopping center nearby, and easy parking, the place is spacious and cozy.

A very unique little town! If you want to experience off the beating track then this place won’t disappoint. Small community, beautiful streets and buildings in the middle of mountainous terrain. Friendly people. If you aren’t a confident driver just be careful of the narrow streets and steep hills!

Friendly contact and very good value for the money. Some smell in the bathroom and a bit outdated. It didn't bother us too much as we booked at very short notice. Only the narrow streets and the poor parking left us a little stressed because we had a trailer with us. Convenient and functional, not for status-driven guests.

Great with Eliseo, we had a couple of things in the house and he solved them right away, very attentive with us and close, and if you wanted to order some food or anything he always gave you a solution, and the house was spectacular, we were a group of 20 and without problems, the spaces very wide and very careful everything, the spectacular pool, the shame is that we could not take advantage of it more for the time, in short a very recommended corner.

Great place to stay a great place Antonio was communicative from minute zero. We had a cast light tube and it was planted there quickly to fix it. I recommend it if you want to enjoy a quiet place, full of nature, perfect for the Mtb.

Victor's place has all the comforts, it is in a quiet area but close to the center of the village and the exits of the routes. To emphasize the cleanliness of the house, linens, towels, etc., everything is spotless. Victor is very friendly, his restaurant tips and very successful routes. Chulilla and its surroundings is a beautiful area to go as a family or with friends, and Victor's house, the first choice!

The place was ideal for us, as group of 4,doing Ironman 70.3 Valencia. It was a very good location for both transitions. We had plenty of space and the facilities in the apartment are excellent. As a coeliac, there were many gluten free options close by. The supermarket and restaurants are very close and the public transport is at your door step. The only negative to the location is that it is situated next to a very busy road. If like me ,you are not used to traffic, I would recommend earplugs.

It was great, the little house is a pass, you walk to all the places in Monserrat which is a lovely village. We plan to return both for leisure and business and will repeat with Pilar's accommodation if possible on those dates. Super attentive pillar, everything as advertised, clean and tidy house. 100% recommended.

We took a family trip with my son, and it was great. The house is very peculiar because it has three floors with a spectacular terrace next to the church and overlooking the castle. There is rock built inside the house and Braulio has put some colored LEDs that the child had a great time with and it looks really attractive. The house was spotless and the mattresses were very comfortable. The service and availability of Braulio was perfect and he was always attentive to us. A highly recommended and different experience.
