Holiday rentals with a patio in Alcorcón

This is definitely an oasis in the middle of Madrid. We really enjoyed living in this “work of art” for a few days. We had our 12 year old daughter with us and she loved having access to all the awesome drawing supplies and pretty much her own cool hang out space. We loved our stay here. Thank you again

Everything was perfectly clean. The host always answered quickly and was very friendly. Independent check-in, so you don't have to wait for anyone to open the door. I really think I made a good choice choosing this apartment.

Great place to stay, away from the busy area of Madrid while still really accessible. Really clean place with good rooms.

Very nice stay and host. There were many courtesy items such as breakfast, ice, infusions, etc. I would definitely come back. One drawback, being a low floor, the slightest crumb of food that fell to the ground attracted an ant or two, but nothing to worry about.

We enjoyed the neighborhood…residential area (so we felt part of the neighborhood) and in easy walking distance to grocery stores, bars, restaurants, fun shops, coffee bars, many museums, the Royal Conservatory of Music (free student performances!).

Cute place, great location! The bed is very uncomfortable and, for that, I PERSONALLY wouldn’t stay again but that might not be an issue for some. Cute though!

Delighted!!! Everything super clean and tidy. They even leave you laundry tablets, gel, fairy... you have everything you need! I recommend it 100% Plus Celeste is charming!😊

A very enjoyable house. Whether for families, crews or even work meetings, as was our case. Very comfortable mattresses, nice sheets, spacious bathrooms and powerful showers. Well-built fireplace and barbecue and wonderful pool, with ramp entrance to lie down. The house is very practical and was equipped with all those little things needed to spend a few days. Salt, spices, toilet paper, gel, good hair dryer, cloths and cleaning supplies, etc. All designed so that you don't miss anything. Enrique, the very friendly host. We stayed at Juan’s place for over 10 days and rented two units to celebrate our daughter’s wedding. Both units were on first floor and ours had a beautiful garden. Perfect for 2 adults and maybe a kid. Clean, spacious and within walking distance to great restaurants, grocery stores, Alcala street, metro and bus stops. Juan was very friendly and responsive. The AC was great since it was very hot outside. Also, very convenient laundry room in the common area. Our only complain is the very poor internet service. We had to use our data almost every day while being inside the apartment. Although Juan indicated new internet was going to be installed we experienced the problem until we left.

Location 25 min from downtown. Super tidy house, good TV, good mattresses. Juan was always very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend 👌

This lovely house is very clean and gives you a comforting sense of being at home. There is plenty of space, making it ideal for a large family or group. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe, and it's conveniently located close to the city center and the airport. I highly recommend it. Nacho, the host, is incredibly helpful and accommodating.

A perfect apartment, with everything you need to stay in Madrid. The metro station is very close and there are grocery stores, bars and restaurants within walking distance. Also worth appreciating is the beautiful park with a bike path, which is also illuminated at night. Impeccable availability of hosts. If I go back to Madrid, I would definitely choose this accommodation again.

Ideal place to go to IFEMA, it's a 20-minute walk. Quiet neighborhood and the house with everything you need to spend a few days. Laura was super friendly and made it easier for me to check in a little earlier , like keeping my suitcase until my train came out. Thank you very much!

This was our second time staying at Maria’s place; the first was made by my wife. And there’ll be more stays in the future. Maria is just the nicest host & we always feel immediately at home in her lovely apartment. So did our cat, who loved sleeping outside in the balcony garden We had more time to explore the area this time. Found Dot Cafe Bar a minute away whereas a 4 minute walk takes you to Nuo Sushi & Ramen 4 minutes . A 15 minute walk will get you to K Store on Embajadores, a modern Asian supermarket with a huge selection, in case you are hankering after ramen. Highly recommended place and neighborhood.

Awesome host and unit. Sufa was always quick to answer my queries and very accommodating with checking in. Was super sweet to see the fridge stocked up with bread, eggs, and water when I arrived..as well as oil and basic cooking supplies. The location was great, not a long walk to the metro station, the walks helped me make room for all the great food Madrid has to offer. I had a great experience visiting Madrid and Sufa’s hospitality was a part of that!

Amazing place! The location is great and the city center is just around the corner. The flat is very comfy, has everything you need, it’s very clean and modern, and the host was very helpful. I really enjoyed my stay!

I couldn’t have asked for a better stay in Madrid! Alvaro is an outstanding host—warm, responsive, and full of great local tips. The place itself was even better than described: spotlessly clean, stylish, and in a perfect location (close to transit but quiet at night).
