The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a living area with a single pull-out sofa, kitchen and bathroom. It has WiFi and is fully equipped, including a washing machine, TV, air conditioning, and Nespresso coffee maker - all just ready for your comfort and enjoyment! The apartment is a studio open space apartment - and it's all yours to enjoy! There are no areas in the apartment that you cannot use or access! We love hosting, but also respect our guests' privacy! We are here for you as much as you would like! Located just off Gran Via in lively buzzing Malasana neighborhood with its great range of authentic cafes, tapas & bars. Huge Zara Primark & Mango are minutes away. Best Madrid sites like Royal Palace, Puerta del Sol & Museums are in walking distance The Central Metro Station Gran Via is a 2 minute walk from the apartment. From there you can take the metro to anywhere you want in Madrid and also to all the train stations that will take you out of Madrid to the rest of Spain. If you come by car, a big parking lot is located at Barco 1, Madrid, just a minute from the apartment. There is also a bicycle-rental station close by. A hosting kit of water, soda, milk, coffee, tea and sweetners will be waiting to welcome you :-)

Hi, I'm Maria, owner of this cozy apartment. Although I am the owner of the accommodation, the management is carried out by my son, Jorge, who will be the main contact during the stay. He will take care of receiving you and helping you with any questions and making sure everything is perfect for you. The area is ideal for resting, it is also very well connected to Madrid. Cozy & comfortable apartment.

High ceiling apartment attached to the country house in Madrid. At 150 meters you have the mouth of the Alto de Extremadura metro and just next to a bus stop where five bus lines stop that will take you to the historic center of Madrid in a few minutes, there is also a night line that leaves from the Plaza de Cibeles. Within a radius of 100 m you have bars, pharmacy,tobacconist, supermarkets, pastry,bank, etc., so that you do not lack for anything. SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE APARTMENT.
