Fabulosa casa con mucho encanto

Disfruta del encanto y vintage de este alojamiento con techos abuardillados totalmente nuevo y una acogedora terraza para disfrutar del exterior. Se encuentra rodeado de las principales calles y avenidas, cerca de restaurantes, comercios, bancos... La playa estáa escasos 7 minutos andando de la vivienda. Durante el verano se alquila por semanas completas para estancias. Preguntar por los gastos de limpieza, sabanas y toallas pues varía en función de la temporada y las personas.

Maison particulière est située dans un quartier tranquille et paisible, à 15-20 minutes à pied et à 3 - 5 minutes en voiture du centre du village et de la plage. Vous pouvez vous y rendre en bus, les arrêts aller comme retour sont à 50m du logement. De la terrasse arrière vous avez vue à la montagne et de la terrasse avant vous avez une vue panoramique sur la mer et le village. La gare d'un petit train se trouve à 100 m du logement, idéal pour visiter Denia ou Altea.
