We stayed at Jean Pierre's beautiful place for two nights, as a big group of friends celebrating a milestone birthday. Not only is the house itself set in peaceful and picturesque surroundings but the interior is cosy and warm with fun extras. We appreciated the pellet fire and the open log fire in the kitchen too. The kitchen itself is very spacious which was ideal for us to use for our big group meals. The bedrooms are comfortable and really nicely decorated. What made our stay so good though was the hospitality and kindness from Jean Pierre and his wife, Amparo. We organised a wine tasting one evening at their bodega and they were so accommodating, knowledgeable and great company. It was a very special evening that really added to our birthday celebrations! I would definitely recommend staying at El Poblet. You will be very well looked after. In fact, I'm already looking forward to booking again in the future.

Casa Malou is an absolutely outstanding find, a real gem! It is equipped with everything you could want for a beautiful and relaxing time! The kitchen it fully stocked, and the pool amenities are fantastic. The beds are very comfortable, the aircon is a great addition, and the place is very tastefully decorated. The location is great too, a very quick drive to multiple beaches and shops. The host was also really great and allowed us to check in very late at night and to check out quite late in the day, meaning we could enjoy an extra day in this slice of paradise. Highly recommend! Don’t hesitate, just book!

We had the most fantastic 4-night stay at Manol’s beautiful retreat. It truly felt like a hidden gem—peaceful and private, yet just a short drive to explore nearby towns and beaches. Manol was the perfect host, always ready with excellent recommendations—from scenic hikes to the stunning coves at Cala Moraig and Cala Llebeig, to incredible running trails around Xàbia, Moraira, and Les Bassetes. The facilities were top-notch, and we made the most of the outdoor space by BBQing amazing local meat and fish every evening. With a great walkable supermarket nearby and everything you need at your fingertips, this place is the ultimate couples’ reset and detox destination. We left feeling completely recharged—and we absolutely can’t wait to return!

A big thank you! Our holidays couldn't have been better, the accommodation was really great, very clean, the pool was a big asset. The tram two steps away was really convenient for getting around both Alicante and Benidorm. We recommend it!

Our stay was wonderful, like and last year! Adela is very active. This is our second time here and we will definitely be back again! Very nice, quiet and beautiful place, with a nice garden and pool. The house is big and has everything we need. We always have our dog with us and she had the best vacation ever! Highly recommend!

We were 4 couples with small children aged 0-2 years. All the rooms were well equipped and we felt very welcome. In addition, Anne was very attentive and they were attentive to us at all times. We would definitely repeat.

Spacious accommodation, faithful to the description and carefully decorated. Close to the motorway for those wishing to go to Alicante. It is complete in terms of equipment, kitchen materials, etc. We only stayed 4 nights but I think for an extended stay it is well suited. Comfortable bedding, same for sofa. Ideal dressing room and what you also need in the bathrooms. Gianluca and Vanessa are responsive to messages.

What a beautiful place to stay, we absolutely loved it, so quirky with amazing views! A bit of a hike up the hill but well worth the effort. Walking distance to everything really although we did get the tram to San Juan beach as it has sun loungers and is much nicer than the local beach. Viktor and Maria were super helpful and responded very quickly to any questions. Thank you so much for opening your beautiful property to us. 😍

Really a nice place to stay, with plenty of storage space. The kitchens were superbly equipped. The view from the villa was really very nice. I only have one small criticism, or if I had known it beforehand, it probably wouldn't have been one: each guest is only provided with a single towel. I would have liked more towels per guest because it was stated that towels would be provided.

We had a wonderful stay in Alicante. The house is really nice, everything is super clean, and the terrasse is perfect to enjoy sunny mornings or sunset apero. The communication with Nahir & Alfie was smooth. They made our last day easier by accepting a late check-out and letting our luggage waiting for the airport time. I recommend this place very much !

What a great place - just what we needed to unwind for a long weekend

A perfect place to disconnect with family or as a couple. The villa is in perfect condition, all the rooms have air conditioning, good terrain to take the dog, and the hosts are charming. We'll be back if we can in the summer to enjoy the pool. 10 out of 10

Lovely stay in the countryside with beautiful hiking trails all around. Hosts are very friendly and welcoming, quick and clear communication. The house feels like a home away from home, is really well equipped with great attention to detail - really appreciated the festive decorations around Christmas time :)

What a fabulous break. The house was wonderful - home from home with everything you would need including oil / teas / coffee … beach chairs.. The terrace is spectacular in itself and so utterly private. Excellent location for food / drinks / beach… supermarket/ shops… Stay was too short but utterly in love with Altea :) thank you.

Whenever we needed Maria she answered quickly and helped us. She was flexible with check in too. The hause was really tidy and beautiful. From the terrace is a very nice view on the mountains and sun rises. With my friend we lived there for a month and had every need covered.

The most remarkable thing is the kindness of the host: Johannes was always attentive and even allowed us to do a late check out at no extra charge. We had a small problem and he solved it immediately. The house is as described in the photos: beautiful, spacious, very clean and bright. It has a fantastic terrace overlooking the sea, where you can share some good times with the family. The environment is very quiet, which allows you to rest and there is easy accessibility by car to the nearby beaches and the beautiful city of Altea, in addition to the tram that connects from Dénia to Benidorm five minutes away. I would recommend this accommodation to all my friends and I look forward to returning.
