Our loft is located in a beautiful and landscaped residential neighborhood of townhouses. It has all kinds of services such as restaurants, supermarkets, stores of all kinds that are less than 5 minutes walk. The subway is a 3 minute walk away, and the train station is only 10 minutes away. It is also close to Barajas airport, hospitals, public schools and the Autónoma and Comillas universities making it an ideal accommodation for all types of stays.

It is a guest house located within the plot where the owners' house is. It consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room with a kitchenette and a bathroom. The garden, barbecue and pool are for the common use of guests and owners, but we respect the privacy of our tenants. For work reasons we are practically not at home throughout the day. Inside the house you CANNOT smoke and pets are NOT accepted without previously consulting with the owners
