A beautiful little house in the Ciudad Jardin neighborhood

nice little house in the heart of Madrid in a very quiet and wooded neighborhood. I live on the ground floor when I'm there. I rent an apartment with two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with a single bed. Both share a bathroom. Upstairs large living room with a large table for 8 people and open kitchen with everything you need. Everything is for the private use of guests. They only share the entrance with me. With independent security door with key. Minimum stay 1 week.

Teresa's house is located in Manzanares el Real near several hiking trails. Leaving home you can see the nearby mountains. Very good for excursions in la Pedriza. The house is very nice, we occupy three bedrooms and we had a lounge-like space on the first floor. We were with three kids there. We share the kitchen with Teresa. There is also a large dining table in the kitchen. We were also able to use the garden to hide Easter eggs. Teresa lives in the house and was very attentive. He was recommending us for excursions. He also prepared a very rich breakfast. Thank you!

7 of us stayed here for a weekend. Santi has a beautiful home with incredible views, a short walk (25min) into towns nearby including Moralzarzal and some local restaurants nearby. Peaceful night sleep, large bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms. The terrace was popular with everyone in the evenings. Santi went above and beyond as a host, excellent communication leading up to our arrival & incredible helpful during our stay. We had a great weekend here and would love to come back one day.

Before arriving at this house-Mario the host was great at communicating directions and instructions and made the whole check in experience really easy. The house is really incredible! The marvellous views of the mountains are captivating through the windows at every angle. The house was spotless and clean. It is a really a great house full of space, style and comfort. The weather was hot while we stayed and our children 9,11 &14 loved the pool. We explored the mountain range that is just outside the back door, which had lots of treks suitable for our family. The local town has numerous cafes, bars and little restaurants. There is a shortcut through the trail at the back of the house that leads you halfway down to the town. We absolutely loved staying at Mario’s - it was an adventure filled holiday by the mountains, discovering wildlife and then relaxing by the pool. Perfect holiday for our family - we already miss it - thank you Mario

Everything is perfect ! The house is super comfortable for large groups. We went in winter and the heating worked perfect , there were some issues with the hot water but the landlords fixed it quickly.
