In the middle of a pine forest and next to the beach cliff, urbanization has no walls between gardens, only outer wall, which makes it unique, wide and unobstructed. The house has 2 bedrooms, equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 1 indoor room, 1 outdoor room and a porch with barbecue.

Easy parking, surrounded only by old olive, orange and pine tree plantations. 3 minutes to downtown (15min walk down), or to highway (no noise), and 5 supermarkets in 2 blocks.

The blue consists of a living room with an equipped kitchenette, double sofa bed, TV, Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 bathroom. Maximum accommodation for 4 people. Garden with swimming pool, barbecue, sun loungers, hammocks, garden dining areas and two small lakes. Pets are not allowed. PLEASE NOTE: WE HAVE 7 CATS. The garden and pool are shared by the two accommodations. The garden has 2 surveillance cameras.
