The spacious 220 sqm villa (built in 2019) is located at Brejos da Carregueira de Cima, a small quiet village within a 5 minutes drive from the popular beaches of Carvalhal and Pego. Set in a pristine nature reserve marvellous walks and runs in the pine woods are just 50m away . Carvalhal (10 min drive) & Comporta (12mins) ou can find main services as groceries, restaurants, coffee shops, bank, shops, etc. In high season a grocery shop is in 5mins walkings distance.

CASA SERENA - a kids-friendly design holiday home with a large pool, a pool bar, a roof top terrace, a big yoga deck, large fenced garden and a terrace for each of the bedrooms. Perfect for 6 adults and 6 kids (3 bedrooms with king-size beds, 2 bedrooms with 6 beds for kids and a big playroom). CASA SERENA was designed by a well known architect and is located in a quiet surrounding just 10 min away from the beaches of Melides and Carvalhal.

The blue consists of a living room with an equipped kitchenette, double sofa bed, TV, Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 bathroom. Maximum accommodation for 4 people. Garden with swimming pool, barbecue, sun loungers, hammocks, garden dining areas and two small lakes. Pets are not allowed. PLEASE NOTE: WE HAVE 7 CATS. The garden and pool are shared by the two accommodations. The garden has 2 surveillance cameras.
