Great stay, easy to find, nice place to stay, the floor could use some work has lots of loose tiles. neighborhood seemed safe i loved the pit bull across the street seemed to be the guard dog for the area he was sweet. someone stayed with pets and they would bark the one night they stayed that wasnt fun. could use so more thorough cleaning human hair around the base of the headboard on the floor. cute place to stay, I would stay again.

The house was full of all kinds of different amenities that were perfect for just staying around the house. Board games arcade games the hot tub and a cozy environment. I loved my stay and will be looking for this place again next time I’m in town!

Wonderful stay in a quiet neighborhood. We felt right at home and had more than enough space.

Great location and easily walkable to UNM, restaurants and grocery store. Jimmy was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay in one of Jimmy's properties again.

Had another great business trip in Albuquerque with my 2nd stay at Thomas’s Casita. Everything went well and Thomas was great as usual. He communicated well throughout my visit and has become a good friend. I look forward to my next visit.

It was a very cute and clean home with everything you could need! The backyard also has a lot of shade so our dogs didn’t need to step on the hot summer ground.

Our staying at Justin's place was great. the house was lovely and fully equipped. We really appreciated the flexible checkin. I would definitely recommend it to the airbnb community.

The home was very inviting,lights were on as we came in at dark. Was easy to get too,easy instructions on checking out. Fit our needs perfectly.

The house was so beautiful inside and out, and with a gate which made us feel like our vehicle was safe! The home was exactly as described! You’re basically getting a house to your self. Extremely large Casita home! Two roomy bedrooms and nice bathrooms, a large kitchen (no oven) and tons of space to use! Enjoyed the bar area and large living room. You have a gated entrance with a remote, so you feel even more safe. The area this is located is very safe in Abq as it is. It was quiet and enjoyable. Bonita also offered use of the rooftop deck and the sunsets are incredible in Abq! Only thing I’d like to mention for other travelers: if you need a dark room and like to sleep in, each bedroom has a sky light, so you’ll wake up with the sun. I recommend bringing a sleep mask if you need it dark in the room in the morning. The beds are pretty firm with little give as well, so if you have any back problems, it may be a tough sleep. Otherwise, the space is great and I highly recommend it!

Back again! We LOVE the yard w friendly little lizards & SO MANY happy birds🐦 & bees 🐝. We even had a little house finch nest with babies in the circle chili ristra on the porch!🥰

Very charming & cozy home. Beds are very comfy and options for soft or firm pillows was the best touch. They even provide a white noise gizmo. Communication was easy & Abby was very helpful with recommendations. I would happily stay again.

This is a great place to stay! Very quiet neighborhood, private, and it's great to have a garage for your car! The condo is clean, you have what you need, and John is very friendly and responsive. This is my 2nd stay here, and I look forward to staying again next year! Thanks for letting us stay again, John! It is a lovely little home! 😁

ive lived in new mexico for a while but never in albuquerque. ive spent some time there, but staying downtown for a couple days gave me a chance to wander the streets aimlessly with my dog and see some of the streets differently than before. it was good. also cool to watch the street from six floors up. copper st. is an interesting one.

Everything was great! Jeanne and Jim were very attentive in all our communications and made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again if I ever return to Albuquerque, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, well-equipped place with excellent value.

Doug was an extraordinary host. Very responsive, accommodating and respectful. The unit was exactly as described, very clean. The area itself was nice and close to downtown. The experience with Doug made for a very relaxing vacation. Would I stay here again? ABSOLUTELY!!
