Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Albuquerque

This was a very nice little two bedroom. They paid a lot of attention to small details which was very noticeable from the mirror on the wall to help show where you could plug in chargers on the back of the desk to plenty of different types of coffee and teas. The kitchen Was stocked a lot better than many other airbnbs I've been to. It had a really nice front porch area with seating and a grill. there's places to put our suitcase and our clothes and they had really put a lot of time thought and effort into making this a sweet spot for a short vacation. I definitely look for this place for the next time I'm visiting Albuquerque!

Great place, great host, great location. Perfect for 4 couples + kids. We stayed in both sides of the duplex. Spacious and well stocked kitchen allowed us to prepare meals for all. Easiest check in I have ever expeienced with an airbnb. Host was friendly and responded within minutes.

The place was amazing. had a blast enjoying the game room, my daughter enjoyed the hot tub with her mom, and enjoyed the view. This was the best place I have stayed at in a long time. I will try my best to rebook this place again.

Shared Airbnb with friend who really liked the decor with SW feel. Enjoyed the horse and Kachina vibes. Had everything needed in the casita, and enjoyed the outside area with birds and local wildlife . Tom was a great host and very patient with more than one extension of stay helping us out with AIrbnb contacts and dates . Overall , it added up to over a month’s time and great stay . Would book again. Thank you again Tom!

Pine Cone Inn was a peaceful retreat for our long weekend. The place was super cozy and the hot tub was a real treat! We will be back :)

I can't say enough wonderful things about this casita! Everything leading up to my stay was seamless - Jimmy replied super quickly to any questions I had, and gave me a quick tour of the space as soon as I arrived. The place is decorated beautifully in warm ABQ colors, there is a full kitchen (stocked with all the pots/pans/dishes/utensils you need), and the bathroom was fully stocked with linens and essentials. I felt super safe in the quiet neighborhood, and it is conveniently located an easy 10-min walk from Popejoy Hall, where I was working. There is an amaaaazing vegetarian restaurant, Annapurna, only a few blocks away (where I ate many delicious meals!), and the shops/restaurants of Nob Hill are also within an easy walk. (I didn't have a car, but there was a parking space available if I needed it.) I cannot wait to return to ABQ and look forward to staying at this peaceful Airbnb again - felt like home away from home!

This home is beautiful and definitely worth the stay! Perfect for large groups! It was enjoyed by all humans and doggos during our stay!

Me and my partner are in the process of moving across the country and the stress and exhaustion from that completely melted away when I stepped foot into Makayla’s place. I was first impressed and relieved by Makayla’s response time—we booked later at night because we just wanted to get off the road and rest—so it was no surprise to us that her home reflected her warmth. The space was cozy, quiet, and everything my family needed to find some peace for the night as we were passing through. Would absolutely book again!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The house was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully furnished with everything we could need. The kitchen was well-stocked with coffee, tea, and other essentials, making us feel right at home. Host was fantastic—super responsive and attentive to our needs. They even went out of their way to drop off water bottles for us during our stay, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture. This home exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay!

RBI’s place was super clean and comfortable. We had a great time and everything was perfect. This place is quiet and located close to a freeway for easy access to the city.

What a great place to stay and what a friendly and accommodating host. The spot was clean and organized with lots of thoughtful amenities. Privacy was well taken into consideration- if that’s what you wanted-but Maryvel was always available for a coffee chat or wonderful recommendations on local fare. I experienced nothing short of proactive, comfort centered guest satisfaction with Maryvel and her charming place. Situated in the hills of Rio Rancho, the drives in the early morning or evening were stunning. The Sandia mountain in the background and an overlook of the city of Albuquerque is priceless.

Thank you for allowing us to stay at your beautiful apartment. Everything looked like the pictures!! The location was very convenient for the places we wanted to visit. Whenever we going back to ABQ we will want to stay at Timothy’s house again!

Suited our needs exactly. In town for only a few days for a funeral, but the location was perfect. Close to various places we needed to be. Very clean and comfortable. We attended a conference in the convention centre, great location for that and good value. Jay was very helpful, offered to receive a delivery at his office as that is not working at the apartment. What is not quite clear from description is that the apartment is part of a parking garage, the elevator and stairwell are publicly accessible. And some homeless people sleep in the stairwell. They didn't bother me, but may be worth for visitors to know that this could happen. Can confirm other reviewers mentioning the light switches and warm water issue. I would stay there again to attend a conference.

I have stayed at Jeanne's place on a number of occasions. Each time has been great! Very considerate hosts. The location is very comfortable. I look forward to my next stay.
