This craftsman bungalow was built by the Sawmill in 1926 as employee housing. It’s a private home, walking distance from Old Town plaza, the museums, parks & downtown Albuquerque. Park securely in the gated driveway. Sleep peacefully on memory foam mattresses. Early check in or late check out available for additional fee.

A completely private Southwest guest suite (no kitchen) with amazing views, coffee nook, pool, spa, outdoor fireplace and BBQ all on a completely fenced acre. Your 2 story completely private wing with separate entrance includes 2 bedrooms and full bath downstairs. Upstairs is a large open room with fireplace, sofa bed and large deck with views of ABQ below. A sound proof wall separates the private guest suite from the main house with safe parking inside the fenced property.
