Great apartment in Alboraia, literally on the beach. We loved watching the scene outside every day and walking the lively shoreline. The apartment is even better in person, very comfortable and clean. The perfect place for a beach stay! Note that the apartment is a bit of a commute to center city but we expected that. Our host Jose was very friendly and able to answer all of our questions.

We had a wonderful time at this place! The apartment and location were perfect for us to really relax. Communication with the hosts, Ana and Rafa, was excellent – they were very helpful and even got groceries for us as we arrived with our child on a late Saturday. The beach was only a minute away, and in the complex there were supermarkets that were open until late at night and even on Sundays. We also enjoyed the pool with adult and children's area very much. The location is ideal for great excursions – both Valencia and Patacona have an incredible amount to offer! Overall, our stay was just perfect, and we'd come back any time!

Fantastic location, easy access to the the beach, supermarket and a short bus ride into Valencia City Centre or City of Arts and Sciences. Apartment itself was really spacious, clean with really comfortable beds - perfect for a good nights sleep after a days exploring. Was perfect for a family of 4. If we return to Valencia - we would certainly consider staying here again and would highly recommend.

The area is amazing, beautiful houses and the picturesque marina is superb. Lots of parking outside though stays quite busy. Bright apartment with all the necessary facilities needed for a good stay. Ruben and the team were amazing. Quick and friendly communication. Beach with accessible paths is very close by and there’s a cool supermarket nearby with everything one would need.

The apartment is quite lovely. Very large. AC works great. 10th floor with a balcony. Excellent location. We had a car and the underground parking just across the street was super nice and €18 a day. Would highly recommend
