We stayed in this cosy cottage from 7 to 9 June – and it was simply fantastic! Everything was just like in the photos, if not even more beautiful. Very clean, tidy and furnished with great attention to detail. You can immediately tell that the hosts really care about the well-being of their guests. The atmosphere was absolutely relaxed and almost like home – quiet, friendly and full of charm. Perfect location to explore the Ligurian coast, and at the same time a quiet retreat after a day full of impressions. Thanks so much

We had a great stay in a beautiful beautiful area. Everything we needed was there and we sat there quietly alone on a mountainside with incredibly beautiful views. It was ideal to visit several beautiful villages and do delicious wine tastings. The Anna Maria Abbona winery in Farigliano is highly recommended. We stayed at Lennie's place for a few days on our honeymoon in PallazoK, and that was great! A nice apartment, lovely garden with great views, tranquility but also plenty of nice villages and cities nearby. Also good tips from Lennie about what to do and where to eat. Recommended!

Our stay in Italy at Imperia was very pleasant. We had the pleasure of spending a week in a beautiful home that impressed us with its diversity and sustainable charm. The owners, especially the friendly hostess Anny, welcomed us warmly and took good care of us throughout our stay. On the first evening, we were spoiled with a homemade pasta dish prepared with fresh vegetables from Anny's own garden. Anny was always available to us, whether in person or via a messenger app when she was not on site. We highly recommend this place. The combination of sustainability, friendly hospitality and beautiful surroundings makes this property a great vacation destination. We will certainly be back.

Magical places we spent a week of vacation able to enjoy the swimming pool which is very clean and very pleasant. The hosts are extremely kind, they offered us tomatoes from their olive basil garden. Quiet and peaceful places. The homes also have air conditioning which is really appreciable. Thanks for your hospitality.

Very friendly couple. Even our late arrival was not an issue. The house is large, clean and well-equipped. A very quiet and nice location. For those who want their peace, perfect. It is about 30 minutes to Alba. The small villages also have charm. The son fluently speaks English. Everyone is very helpful.

The Hyla Loft is totally cool, offers views of the sea from every window, even from the shower. It is cozily bright, and the location is great. You are quickly in Imperia in Sanremo and also in the mountains for hiking. Stefano is a great host who always takes care of the guests' needs, keeps in touch friendly and unobtrusively. Our stay at the old stone house was one to remember. The house is beautifully renovated and clean and the location is unbeatable. The outdoor space was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view of the hills after days spent exploring the area. The house is perfectly situated on a remote road yet still accessible to surrounding towns and attractions. Giorgia and Enrico were incredibly welcoming and made our trip that much better. This is one of the nicest places we have ever stayed and we were sad to leave. I highly recommend staying at this beautiful house! Addendum for road cyclists: wow what a destination! Beautiful rides in every direction. Challenging yet rewarding climbs, perfect roads, water fountains galore. This is a great base camp if you want to get some good riding in. But be ready to climb!

Very friendly host, I didn't respond to any issues of any kind. Deborah welcomed me and gave me all the necessary directions. In addition, she provided food and drinks for breakfast. The property is equipped with everything you need. I recommend it to those who love tranquility, without forgetting that it is a few minutes drive from Rapallo and the highway exit.

The courtyard is convenient for unloading luggage, and free parking is available across the street when not present on site. The location of the apartment is perfect for reaching the beaches of Bergeggi and Spotorno. We really appreciated the welcome with Vermentino, trofie and pesto, and the really useful tips about the restaurants in the area that I took advantage of. Giada’s place was amazing! From the photos I thought it would be a little more rustic, but it had been completely renovated in 2021. Of the seven lodgings we stayed in across northern Italy, Giada’s place was my favorite. Spacious, comfortable, views of the countryside…we loved it! Giada’s and her family were excellent hosts. We couldn’t have been happier.

We were warmly welcomed with amazing lunch and grand view. The accommodation exceeded our expectations and throughout our stay we received incredibly good service in the form of wine tasting, help with renting bikes-which we highly recommend, market visits and restaurant experiences that without the hosts' help we have not received. Small but well-kept and in a beautiful location! House equipped with everything you need! The space outside is the real plus of the house: a breathtaking view of the sea with a unique quiet! Host available for every request with prompt and accurate responses! The welcome bottle of sparkling wine is very welcome!

The apartment responds to what was actually posted in the photo. The location is great for those who want to stay in the summer period in the Boccadasse area or for those who want to visit their son at UniGe, at the medical school, a stone's throw from San Martino. The skieligine on the cake? Private parking, available 24 HOURS, 50 m away from the apartment makes a difference

beautiful accommodation...equipped with all comforts and even more...including croissants... tea and coffee for breakfast... Anything you could have needed was there... outdoor space with deckchair and table ideal for barbecue..same space that our dog appreciated very much.. 10-star host...nice...kind...available in everything...even in recommending restaurants and interesting places in the area Too bad we were only there for one day...but if we happen to be in the area again...we will definitely return. rating 10 thank you.

Perfect location, amazing towm

Absolutely beautiful stay in Cherasco. Gorgeous two bedroom, two bathroom (one shower) apartment with basically own private outdoor area. The place was stocked with essentials - oil, balsamic, salt, pepper, coffee and tea and we received the most thoughtful welcome pack of cake, biscuits and wine which we thoroughly enjoyed. The property is gorgeous - so green, flowers, peaceful and quiet. Although there are other apartments we barely saw anyone else and felt like we had the place to ourselves. The pool was also so refreshing. Edgar and Paola were extremely helpful and lovely people. Would not hesitate to recommend and I would stay here again. Short drive to La Morra and Novello for lunch or grocery shopping. We had dinners at the property outside because it was just so beautiful. Thank you for making a wonderful stay for us!!!

Our 10 day stay with Walter and his sweet wife Yari was great. The two are very warm and helpful. They are always reachable and respond quickly to questions. The apartment has everything you need and was warmly heated. She is easily accessible and parking was never a problem. The footpath to Cogoleto is also short and easy to do. If we travel back to this area, we will be happy to come back. Thank you for everything.❤️
