Fully equipped studio in a prime location with double bed. If necessary, additional sleeping facilities for up to 2 people available (see photos). Quiet detached house district on a sunny hillside location, about 5 minutes from the highway as well as close to Sursee or Zofingen. Central, about 30 minutes by car to Lucerne and about 50 minutes to the larger cities of Zurich, Basel and Bern. We speak in German, in English, in French and in Spanish and looking forward to seeing you soon.

From the seating area outside the apartment, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the landscape/Pilatus. One parking space is available in front of the house. The apartment is located directly on Lake Lucerne. No public path or road lies in between. Balcony with magnificent lake view, private terrace directly on the lake and private lake access. Lucerne is about 40 km away and can be reached by car, bus, train and also by boat. Zurich is about 70 km away. Tourist tax and final cleaning are included in the price.
