The two-room apartment can comfortably accommodate two people in a well-kept and functional environment. At the entrance is the modern and equipped kitchen (induction, coffee machine, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher). The living room is the ideal space to relax: a comfortable sofa, a 50" smart TV (access to Netflix) and a perfect table for dining or working on the PC. The hallway leads to the spacious bedroom (with 40" smart TV) and the bathroom (equipped with a hairdryer and washer-dryer). Very central!

The accommodation tax will be collected in cash at check-out, amounting to 3 euros/person/day for a maximum of 5 days.

The property dates back to 1592, with subsequent renovations, inside you can still find stones from the period. Located 2 minutes from the city center, but in a private and very elegant setting with private parking by reservation 10 euros per day. The accommodation is equipped with all comforts. The painter Benvenuto Tisi (1481-1559) was born here. On site you can find the museum in his birthplace. The village borders the Po River, which is why a cycling and pedestrian route has been created for nature and fishing lovers.
