Approx. 85 m² apartment, completely refurnished and renovated in 2020. The second bed is a folding bed that can be placed in the bedroom or living room. Directly in front of the living room there is a terrace, in addition a large garden can also be used. Directly on the hiking trail "Albsteig". Schluchsee, Titisee and Feldberg about 30-40 km away, border crossing to Switzerland about 7 km. Own car required, as there is no shopping facility in the village (about 4 km away).

The house is situated on the edge of a small village in the middle of overwhelming nature that invites you to hike and bike and there are swimming, wellness and golf facilities nearby. Die ca. 30 m² große Wohnung befindet sich im 1. OG. Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert, incl. Handtücher und Bettwäsche. In der Küche befinden sich eine Senseokaffeemaschine, Herd, Backofen Toaster und Microwelle. Die Küche ist funktionsfähig aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Neue Küche ist für 2026 vorgesehen. There are horses in the immediate vicinity. The apartment has a dining room with kitchenette, sofa bed and wood-burning stove, a large living/bedroom with sofa and double bed and a modern bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. Television is possible via FireTV.
