Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Albany

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this Airbnb. Jason carefully thought about placement for everything and how things look. I appreciated the time he took to make the video explaining all the things the home offered, and instructions on the smart lock. It was truly a very peaceful stay. I had everything that I needed close to store but still in a peaceful neighborhood. Jason checked in to see if there was any that I needed and respond quickly if I had any questions. I will definitely look to book a stay agin when I’m back in the area.

Wonderfully uneventful stay, overall very easy. Host was very friendly and communicative, really appreciated all the amenities she provided to make our stay easier. The house was nice and clean, with very clear instructions and easy check-in/check-out. My only complaint is that the layout of the house was less than ideal for a family of 4 with 2 small kids - the stairs are very steep and narrow and too wide for a standard baby gate. Otherwise, it was a 5-star stay.

No notes, incredible escape even in the pouring rain. The ambience, even down to the little things like walking through the door to classical music, was truly top notch.

We were looking for a quiet weekend getaway and chanced on Albany. Cindy was super responsive and also shared ideas on what we could do in town. The place was well equipped with what one would need and was well stocked. Bedrooms were neat, tidy and well aired.

This home is perfect for a family gathering in Albany. The bedrooms were spacious and on three different levels, so everyone had privacy when needed. The eat-in kitchen with large table easily sat all 6 of us for shared meals. We loved the location, so close to all the highways yet tucked away in a quiet neighborhood.

Beautiful, peaceful place. Appreciated the kitchen and dining amenities. Had everything we needed for our stay with our baby.

We had a great time during our stay! The indoor pool was the real highlight—clean, well-maintained, and the surround sound music made it extra fun. The entire property was spotless and clearly well cared for. We even enjoyed S’mores at the outdoor fire pit. Chantale and Toni were incredibly accommodating and ensured we had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Highly recommend for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway!

The home had all I needed for my two-day stay. It was clean and comfortable. The host was very responsive - addressing one small issue within minutes.

Katelyn’s apartment is lovely! It’s very well situated as well—it was close to the area where the hospital and Albany Law School are but also close to the contention center area, so everywhere I needed to go was close by. The apartment is very cute and comfortable and has everything you could need for a visit!

I had a great stay at this apartment while attending a conference in Albany. The space was clean and exactly as described. Check-in and check-out were super easy, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. The location couldn’t have been better—just a 2-minute walk from my conference venue. The host was also very communicative and responsive, which I really appreciated. Would definitely stay here again!

I wish I could’ve stayed longer!! Great private location. Nestled right in the center of a quiet neighborhood. Extremely easy to access the other parts of town. As soon as you pull into the driveway you’re gonna feel right at home. The ambience inside will settle your mood, as soon as you make it to the living room. Everything was perfect, especially after a long day a traveling. I’d highly suggest it to anyone. My family and I enjoying our stay immensely. Thank you Robbie for your amazing work, keep it up.

Stayed here with my husband for a concert in Saratoga Springs. He loves pinball so as soon as I saw this I had to book it. Michael's place is super cool and unique! We liked playing all the pinball machines and the n64. Bed was comfy and the bathtub was nice to have a bath in (we don't have a bath at home so I like to take baths when we stay somewhere that does). It helped thay shampoo, conditioner, and body wash was provided because I didn't bring mine. We did not get a chance to play any board games because we only stayed one night, but if you like board games there is a huge variety to choose from. Overall if you like gaming definitely stay here! You will not be disappointed!

We were looking for a place to stay near our son in Ballston Lake and this one stood out. Historic and unique home. Beth was a great host, very responsive to any communication. The place met our needs and had a nice view of the Mohawk River in the back yard. Just be aware they are right on a highway so there is a lot of traffic noise, and there are 2-3 apartments in the place as well. But overall that was well described and expected and ear plugs worked just fine. Thanks for sharing your home Beth!

I couldn't believe how responsive Agnieszka was! She made every effort to make sure my husband and I had a great stay. Her comfy deck, cozy fireplace, and nice shower were a godsend after my husband and I decided to brave a rainy hike. I think the place is very reasonably priced considering access to a pool and laundry are included. It's just down the street from hikes and resturants. I also enjoyed taking classes at Mountain Breeze Yoga just down the road.

Luiza was a wonderful host. She provided detailed check in and out instructions, as well as local recommendations for our stay. Her place was exactly as pictured and cleaned wonderfully for our arrival. We hope to be back for another ski trip!

Carla was a wonderful host. More importantly her rental was beautiful and very comfortable. Would strongly recommend and we look forward to going back (when there’s less snow)!

I highly recommend Suzanne's place for anyone visiting Windham! She was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the booking process and my stay. As someone who travels constantly for work, my schedule can be quite unpredictable, and Suzanne was unbelievably accommodating and flexible with my changing needs. I truly appreciated her understanding and willingness to work with me. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Windham, and the view of the ski resort from the back deck was an unexpected bonus! I only wish I could have stayed longer. I'm already looking forward to my next visit, not just for winter skiing, but also to explore the beautiful surroundings throughout the year.

Stunning location a short walk through lovely Congress park to downtown Saratoga. Scrumptious bakery in easy walking distance. The apartment was delightful: very clean with all the essentials stocked. We loved being able to stop back in during the day for a quick recharge before getting back into the middle of everything. Bright and sunny during the day and quiet and peaceful at night.

Was as advertised. Would recommend

Gerry’s place was a great, quiet stay for us. Close by to Kaaterskill and many other Catskill mountain attractions. Gerry was great at communicating and went out of his way to be helpful with our checkout procedures. I would definitely stay here again!
