what a gem the sweetheart cottage is! we loved everything about it! Great paddle boarding and swimming at the lake access and the cottage was so cozy! the hot tub was perfect for our aching bones from several days of tenting before we arrived at caroga lake! we can't wait to come back!

Our three-night stay at the cottage was great! Amanda quickly responded to any questions or concerns I had. The cottage had a fully stocked kitchen and the outside grill worked great. The backyard was not huge but lots of fun nonetheless with different lawn games, furniture, hammock and hot tub. It was sweet in the evening with the torches lit and tree lights on. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. The beds and linens were divine; soft sheets and very comfortable mattress. Overall a great place to stay. We enjoyed nearby Victoria pool and Saratoga Spa State Park.

The perfect stay for horse showing at HITS! My only hesitation in writing this review is that I didn't want anyone else to know about this place for future horse shows! ;) An excellent place to stay with above and beyond amenities, easy check in and great for traveling with a dog. Will absolutely be back!

An incredibly beautiful, immaculate cottage with lovely mountain views and the most thoughtful, generous, and responsive hosts! Scott and Annika absolutely deserve their title as "Superhosts." We felt like we had our own private resort with a luxurious hot tub and a fire pit under the stars. Scott and Annika sent clear instructions for how to let ourselves into the cottage and had a great online guidebook. A kind handwritten note was there to welcome us. Scott and Annika checked in with us often to ask if we needed anything, and they were quick to respond to any questions we had. They set up the cottage with extra comforts such as slippers and snacks, and we really enjoyed using the espresso machine. We were especially happy that we were able to bring our 30-lb. dog with us, and we loved exploring all of the nature and art in the nearby Berkshires and southern Vermont. We highly recommend this cottage, and we hope to go back to stay there again soon.

Everything about our stay was perfect! The house was spotless, cozy, and located in a great area. The host went above and beyond — always in touch, helpful, and kind. We truly felt welcomed and taken care of. Would absolutely stay here again!

We always stay at Little Willow when we go skiing at Belle Ayre. I think our three years and running relationship with the house tell you all you need to know about working with the Little and Littler gang and their spot.

Really a beautiful, peaceful escape. Easy drive to so many adventures! Hot tub while listening to the creek... chef's kiss. Just be prepared for mosquitos, wow. But there was bug spray and citronella candles to help.

Had a great stay at Scott’s cottage. Felt right at home It was very comfortable and clean.

Ilze and Laurence’s place felt like home away from home. Every morning, we were greeted with chirping birds, clucking hens (was even able to order a dozen eggs straight from their free-range poultry—so organic!)—and a smiling donkey! It is a place were you can find peace and rest for your soul even for just a few days.

This was so charming & cozy, while also being conveniently close to nature nails & downtown Woodstock. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & would recommend!

The cottage is lovely, clean, and immaculately decorated. Great taste. We enjoyed the pool, which was perfect for our four year old given how shallow half of it was, and how the temperature was perfect, even on days when it wasn’t too hot outside. We hadn’t realize that the kitchen didn’t include an oven or microwave—but even so, we had a great time and enjoyed the fire pit! WiFi was a bit spotty but the hosts went above and beyond to try to help. Highly recommend!

This lovely cabin was just perfect in every way! The house itself was very private, nicely furnished and was stocked with everything you need and more to enjoy every part of the property. We enjoyed the three season porch and the interior fireplace the most where we lounged for hours in between walking to and from Sacandaga Lake to the property's dedicated access area. Though it rained all weekend, we could not have found a more quiet, serene and peaceful place to spend a long holiday weekend. We look forward to returning sometime soon!

We've stayed at Jenna's home a few times. Each of our visits have beeen wonderful. Her home is pristine, extremely comfortable, and very well thought-out for easy use by guests. The kitchen is very well equipped. Things like thoughtful labels on light switches, quality linens, very comfortable mattresses, nice towels, a complete lack of clutter while still being thoughtfully decorated, always makes us feel very comfortable in this space. The area is very peaceful and quiet. We will gladly continue to return!

Rick’s place is great, a nice porch area and two comfortable bedrooms, and the AC is powerful for hot summer evenings. Rick was an excellent communicative host who was at the ready to help out with any issues we had. The only thing, and perhaps I misread something, but I thought it would be more secluded, the 130 acres threw me off. Still, it’s very private and I would recommend this place for your visit to Rhinebeck etc.

This house was amazing! There was so much in the house and it was so clean with such beauty around it that our kids and I hardly wanted to leave during our entire stay. It was the perfect quiet, relaxing ending to a busy vacation. The house was super clean and had everything we needed! Highly recommended!!

else's place is gorgeous, the pictures are a perfect reflection of the property. the qood burning stove is gorgeous and it was amazing to spend the evenings chatting about our days adventures watching the logs burning. the gardens are beautiful, the beds are really comfy and big and the kitchen well stocked. I would deffi lately recommend this lovely home from home.

Went away for the weekend and it was the perfect getaway for us (+ our dog) from the city! Quiet, peaceful, had all the amenities we needed to stay in (hot tub, porch seating, fire pit and streaming on TV), and close to some restaurants and a few cidery/breweries if you wanted to go out. Place was super clean and hosts were very responsive. Would definitely come back and stay for longer if we can next time.

This is a unique and special stay. From the very first interaction, Rich was very responsive and kind in his communications. The property is well cared for and very welcoming. The school room on the main floor is accessible and open to children playing - lots of books and toys. The living space upstairs was large, yet cozy. Stocked with all the things someone might need during their stay. It was so quiet at night, and filled with birdsong in the morning. My young nephews visited in the mornings (Rich was totally okay when I asked him) and they loved "my house." The farm adjacent to their property has alpacas and mini-horses that loved to crunch up the carrots we fed them (provided by Rich). The hosts have honored the history of the one-room school house, while making a fun and very enjoyable place to stay. Highly recommend!

Have stayed in Sonya’s cottage many times and each time is better than the last. Definitely the place I check for first when in the area.

Great little place with all the amenities, close but private with great views of the Hudson River. Definitely recommend. Maura was exceptionally nice and always responded to our needs.

What a delightful, peaceful place! We went in late spring, so many beautiful flowers were in bloom in the large yard. Very comfy amenities, and board games for entertainment; fully stocked kitchen and bathroom. The backyard stream made the perfect soundtrack for sleeping :)

We loved our stay at the cabin and hope to be back soon! It’s was the perfect place for us to stay for our week upstate. We loved the movie collection and listening to the sounds of the creek from the open windows. Really feels like you are at someone’s home and not a soulless rental! Five stars ❤️
